I hired Paul to take care of several small tasks around my house that needed attention. He was able to fix everything on the list. His workmanship is top-notch and his prices are quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I emailed Paul over a month ago and got no reply but luckily found someone else who was very good. I cannot comment on Paul's work but would recommend that emails/texts be answered even if the reply is that you are busy and have no time to take on additional work. I read several reviews here which also mentioned that their texts/emails were not returned to which Paul replied that if it was so urgent the person should have phoned. This is not the best way to run a business.

Very friendly and funny guy. He was very thorough with the work and he was able to put in my two ac units in a timely manner. Very reliable I would definitely use his services again.

We contacted Paul to help out with various small projects around our home. He responded quickly to our request and provided a very detailed quote. We were able to schedule him when needed and he completed all the work in just a few hours. Further, when the door he fixed had another issue, he came to touch it up for free. His price is very fair. In addition to being a great handyman, Paul is also a great guy with a fun personality. We will use him again in the future and have already recommended him to some coworkers seeking a handyman. Highly recommend!

Paul switched the refrigerator doors so that they opened from the opposite side. He was very prompt in responding. Scheduling was convenient and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. His price for the project was very reasonable and he did a great job!

What you need to know about Paul G. approach to scheduling:

""You know? The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Why didn't you squeak? Surely you understand people in my line of work are in demand, and the person who communicates repeatedly is more likely to get service.""

In my opinion this is unprofessional.

I have received 3 emails total from Paul G. concerning my review. Two yesterday and one today. It is despite him writing here that he has no record of our communication.

When I saw he'd sent the first two emails I thought he'll say something like: ""Sorry this happened. This is not representative of me. I'm proud of the work I do. Do you still have jobs? Maybe we'll schedule, see my work, and you change your mind."" I don't have jobs, but I would have thought he is a reasonable guy and would have updated the review and changed the rating to 4.

Instead I got angry emails ""You wrote the review on Yelp?"", full of capital letters, blaming me for not being proactive enough, not calling him with ""I really need your help"", saying that other people love his work and my review brings his average down, that my review is unfair, and that I didn't put enough efforts to communicate with him and instead complained to the whole world.

I politely said that I followed all the instructions he gave me for scheduling with him, and than this review correctly describes my experience.

Got another long angry email today. Again putting all blame on me. And requesting me to remove the review. Here is a part of it:
""I don't like that you passively waited, took no action, and then chose to tell the world about it via Yelp, making me look bad (a little bit) and bringing my average down.
I'd appreciate it if you removed your review.""

This exchange is unprofessional. I'm glad I have never given him my phone number.
