Leo does excellent work! I needed my sink repaired so I reached out via Yelp because of the great reviews. Leo responded very quickly, came by and assessed what I needed, and took care of it pretty fast. He even helped out with a couple other minor repairs that I'd been putting off for a while. The value and service are well worth it. I will absolutely use him again.

One word... PHENOMENAL!! Leo is fantastic in his craft. I needed assistance, and in one afternoon, he drove (making time AFTER his last call) to help me out. He changed blinds, and after I made the 'side comment' that my toilet is 'running' without a flush, he lifted the top cover of the tank and noticed my gaskets were all but there... completely deteriorated! He immediately went to Home Depot, found the items needed, came back and within 1/2 hour I had all matters resolved. Leo is the real deal! I most highly recommend his services!

I hate to leave a negative review, but I had two bad experiences with this company in a row. First, Leo no-showed on an appointment for drywall repair. Then, we found out that a repair he'd done to a washer/dryer combo didn't last it through one full wash cycle, and when I contacted him about this he never responded. Highly recommend you find someone more reliable, and who will stand by their work.

I would recommend Leo in a heartbeat. He is very responsive via text messaging and extremely polite and courteous. He is also the kind of person who goes above and beyond--educating homeowners about things they can and should do to extend the longevity of their homes and prevent damage. I really appreciate that in a tradesperson. Especially with a handyman, because there is so much to stay on top of with owning a home! So far, we have had him do some caulking, uninstall our dishwasher, and fix a vent cover that kept popping off, so a variety of projects, all of which he handled with confidence and expertise. In addition, awhile after he uninstalled our dishwasher, we experienced a leak, and he was able to come out and diagnose the problem the same day.

Leo is the definition of handyman. He has helped us with issues and projects in our house for several years, interior & exterior, including electric, plumbing, floor, roof. He renovated our old leaky sunroom into a fabulous space with fresh paint, new flooring, and a well sealed roof, to perfectly match our vision and taste. He has provided us with reasonable estimates on big projects, and has been responsive on more urgent matters like plumbing emergencies. He has an outstanding attitude and work ethic, so I feel like I can trust his quality and I can feel comfortable working with him at the same time. He is upfront and honest about what areas he can or cannot do. I am happy with the rates that he has charged us for the excellent work done.

Leo is fantasic at his skills. He pretty much can do anything. I found his services years ago, and still continue using his services. He did repair our wood floor, some paint works, install attic fan, pluming issues with our kitchen and bathrooms. He even repile my entire house, and did some roofing for our sunroom. His pricing is great, and he is very responsive with calls and texts. I very much highly recommend his services.

I had a bunch of misc things around the house that needed doing--ranging from plumbing (we had a leak from one our showers) to window shutters to hot water heater to closet doors--and Leo was able to handle them ALL. Much better than having people come in separately for plumbing, windows, etc. He even went to grab necessary materials at Home Depot for us without our even requesting it.

Leo gave upfront estimates and we thought his prices were very fair for the labor involved. I especially appreciated that he told us what approach was worth doing (for a leak) and what wasn't worth our money. And he gave tips throughout about how to keep things in good condition and well maintained. More important, I appreciated the thoroughness of his work--he would check each thing with attention to detail.

AND he was super thoughtful of our space, wearing shoe protectors in the house and cleaning up any debris from what he did.

We've been looking for a handyman and will plan to keep going to him. Have already recommended him to a neighbor!
