Mark is amazing. I asked him to fix a herman miller aeron chair, which i'm confident he'll do when the parts arrive. But what's amazing is that I asked him to mount a tv while he was over. He drove an hour for the correct screws (I sprung this on him when he arrived, only thinking he was taking a look at my chair. I'm sure he would have had the proper screws had I asked him ahead of time), and grinded down my old mount to make sure it would fit. He wouldn't stop until it was perfect. When I was ready to give up, he told me, ""We landed on the moon. We can make this straight."" He did 6 fit adjustments and then it happened. It was perfectly level. Magic.

He was responsive via text, takes pride in his work, and has that handyman ingenuity that treated this job as if he was installing the tv in his own home.
He also took off his shoes and changed into indoor crocs for the job. This guy is a gem.

I have an office chair where after 16 year I had a problem with the handle (bolt issue). I also needed some help withthe adjustment handles.
I posted on Yelp this morning and included two photos (1 here). Within 10 minutes of posting on Yelp, Mark replied. He gave me an estimate (which held true) and his availalibity. No minimum fee - just an honest estimate (which was less than his hourly since he could see the job would not take an hour). He was free that day, so we agreed on 9:00 am, and he was at the gate at 8:58 am. Punctual, reliable, and friendly.
He quickly addressed the adjustments, then got to work on the handle. It seems that the end of the bolt had broken off. The quickest and best solution: weld a washer onto the bolt. Mark left, and 3 hours later, he had the task compelted and returned later today to finish the job. He also, without asking, cleaned the adhesive glue off the handle (which I had been keeping in place with duct tape and the glue had made a mess).
I can't recommend Mark highly enough. A+, excellent work, respectful of property, great value. He quickly came up with a creative solution for the problem and left the work area as clean as he found it. Thank you, Mark!!
