We had two relatively small jobs. Luis was knowledgeable and did a terrific job in repairing our pocket door that hadn't worked in years and a hole in the wall from the doorknob. We will gladly work with him again in the future.

My two vinyl windows were leaking during this last ""Atmospheric River"" storm we had. I called Luis to help with this and he inspected the stucco and seals. The top window had a poor seal on upper edge and was leaking on inside sill. Luis was able to accommodate me before the next rains arrive.

He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL; timely, courteous, respectful, versatile and has reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate to call him for other jobs, and I am sure that I will. I rate him 5 STARS!!!!!

Luis came out and replaced an exterior door and frame that had some water damage and did a great job. He also did drywall repair. He also was able to repair some interior paneling instead of replacing which saved me some money on new items. Very polite and easy to work with. Would definitely use again!

I looked for a long time to find the right handyman with exceptional wood working and collaboration skills to repair my large catio (cat patio enclosure) and add shelving, walkways, climbing trees, etc. I needed someone who could work with me on a design strategy, shop for the right products at Home Depot and execute the design with professionalism and problem solving.

Luis agreed to come out and look at the project and we scheduled a day that worked with our schedules. He showed up on time and we began collaborating on designs. After three weeks of working together I can't say enough how thrilled I am with Luis' work and found him to be very competent, professional, and easy to work with. He is a wonderful, kind person and I generally consider him a new friend now. We have a few design elements to add and the next phase is to build a new door but I am so pleased and grateful that I found him and my kitties love their updated enclosure.

Here is a list of items Luis completed for this phase of the catio upgrade project:

- Replace old screen on roof with modern, plastic planks. Add wood panels. The pictures show a modern design we came up with that turned out beautiful.
- Replace old side panels with metal hardware cloth.
- Build shelves and walkways
- Build cat trees attached to roof with existing tree parts. Added cat steps and topped with faux grass panels
- Build ramps.
- Paint

I am so happy to have found someone so talented as Luis that I can turn to for general handyman work but also collaborate with on larger projects. He is a blessing. Luis is very busy and works six days a week at times but tries very hard to work with your schedule and adjusts his schedule if needed.

Luis was friendly on time and worked very quickly to tackle the four projects around my home. He expanded an opening to make a doorway, fixed a sagging gate and a sagging French door and removed an old satellite dish and the wiring attached. I will definitely hire him again and recommending him to anyone in need of handyman services!

Called him several times with no response? Finally called back and agreed to meet for an estimate, he never called or showed? I don't understand how he has these good reviews if he's not responsive to requests for service?

Needed a handyman after moving. Prices were definitely higher than expected but got everything I wanted to get done completed... for the most part. One project was attempt twice but was never really fixed. Probably requires a contractor. Friendly service. Reliable most of the time.

Six end pieces blew off our patio cover. I requested an estimate from another handyman I found in FB. After two weeks of text messages I searched Yelp. Luis replied the first day with an estimate 1/3 less than the other guy and came out the next day. Two vent covers behind the garage were also missing so I asked if he could install them too. He gave multiple options for vent covers (they were a bit smaller than the opening). He installed & calked them so that there is no gap and his assistant reattached the end pieces. He said the original screws were very short & that's why the 6 blew off. They user longer screws so they shouldn't blow off again! Definitely will call him fir any other work that needs to be done.
