Rosario did a great job repairing my knocked down wood fence. He replies quickly, and provided a reasonable price, the most important fact is he's very punctual. He said he would be at my home an 1030am and he should up just as promised. He put the fence back together and cleaned up the entire area. You could never tell he was here.

Luis was referred to us from a friend. He's punctual, has fair pricing and does an excellent job! He replaced our under cabinet lighting with LED's; repaired our toilet handle, repaired our gate that was sticking and hard to open and replaced some outdoor Landscape lighting to LED's. We plan to utilize him for all our handyman needs. So pleasant and easy to work with!

I've had Luis come and fix a few things in our kitchen, and he was responsive and addressed all of the issues for a fair price. We also found out he does fence and gates, and we desperately needed a new gate for our dogs. Luis came out and worked on a hot day to make this happen, and our gate is super durable and heavy duty. Love the work and he's a great person to work with, highly recommend!

Luis did a great job where we needed repairs inside and outside the house. Luis repaired our fence, drywall and installed closet doors. Easy to deal with and friendly.

Luis did an amazing job at our home. We have a large back patio that was tiled, but those tiles were popping up in many areas. We are happy we found Luis on Yelp as he was able to remove all the tiles for us. The job was completed in one day and all tiles were hauled away. Of course, the area was left clean. Now we have a clean slate to either re-tile or stain our concrete slab sometime soon. We appreciate his hard work.

My two vinyl windows were leaking during this last ""Atmospheric River"" storm we had. I called Luis to help with this and he inspected the stucco and seals. The top window had a poor seal on upper edge and was leaking on inside sill. Luis was able to accommodate me before the next rains arrive.

He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL; timely, courteous, respectful, versatile and has reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate to call him for other jobs, and I am sure that I will. I rate him 5 STARS!!!!!
