Um yeah I called the number on the website and it goes into vm. Called like 5x and each time it says dial your extension. I don't have an extension! And the number is for immediate assistance. Went to another place where they had online customer service.

I called in and set up an appointment for an estimate. They quickly scheduled it for the following day and the guy was on time to begin his inspection. When he began to go through the area I wanted fixed he started video taping different from others who just take pictures. Everything was looked at and he explained what would be done. After paying him the 65$ fee he gave me my receipt and told me I would receive the estimate through email. Soon enough the following day I received it. I would of thought that since I paid I would receive a professionally done document. Instead it was a basic regular email, all bunched up no spacing between each thing and many grammar errors. I need my property fixed ASAP but my insurance said anyone could have typed that up. Therefore I called in and spoke to the receptionist I believe hopefully it will be done right and professional.

I believe I waited long enough. I NEVER got a call from the guy( Ye Levi) that came to do the estimate regarding my request. Therefore I never received the more professional estimate lay out. Paid for it to get done properly but didn't even matter. I had to go out and have others come and do an estimate. Free of charge and WAY better structured.

When I've initially reached out to them over the phone to make an appointment. The person on the phone was nice and did mentioned that they charge $85 per hour and 2 hours minimum, and that if the handyman finishes the job early then I can have him work on other things if I wish. Sounds fair. Not long after the phone call, that the actual handyman called back to confirm the appointment. I appreciated it that they picked up the phone, was quick and followed through, made it easy for me to make the appointment.

When the appointment time arrived, The handyman showed up ""almost"" on time, but he was very polite and nice. They completed jobs requested and was more skilled and experienced than I expected.

I'm giving 2 stars because the handyman was nice and polite, and that I'm satisfied with the work performed on the main requested jobs.

Here are couple reasons why I did not give a 5-star rating:

First. The charge is by the hour and require minimum 2 hours per visit, then technically I have the right to utilize those full 2 hours that I have to pay him for and of course plus any the additional time beyond that. Well, he end up finished the main requested jobs at around the 1.25 hrs mark. I had some other additional small things that I like him to work on, but he was kind of hesitant on doing them, so he either did just a ""whatever"" job on some additional things, or he just gives reasons why they shouldn't or can't do it. And then he stopped working at around the 1.5 hrs mark and was preparing to leave.

Second. I felt there were instances where it appears the handyman wants cutting corners, to save himself time and work and still paid for the 2 hours. He didn't want do the job the way I preferred, which would takes a bit more time and it probably be more thorough. But instead they pushed for other quick and easy ways to complete the job for quick and easy money.

Third. I've disclosed the jobs before hand and he didn't have all the common repair materials like he said he does, but instead told me what I need get at the store to finish the job.


I would have repeatedly use this handyman for many things in the future and they would have been my go to guy, but they did not give me a perfect first experience.







TIPS:

Since it's 2-hours minimum, come up with plenty to do for 2-hours and prioritize them in order, and let handyman know those are the things they need to work on in advance when you are making the appointment. When the 2-hour mark comes very close, you need to make a decision on if pay the additional hours or not.

Also, because they are charge by the hour and it's minimum 2 hours per visit. I wouldn't recommend hiring them for tasks that involve waiting and multiple trips, such as painting. If you hire them to paint a spot, it may cost one visit for them come out to do the prepping. Then days after the prepping dries and cures, it may be another visit for them to come back to paint it.

I wish I could give these guys no stars!
My company just moved into a new office. It's a 1920 converted mansion that constantly needs upkeep. We've been looking for a reliable handyman company that would be our go to group for the many repairs that come up with this place. Well the search continues because these guys are not it!
I needed a bathroom door, that had broken apart, replaced or fixed. I was told that this would cost $80 - $90 per hour (plus costs) to FIX or REPLACE. When the handyman himself called me to say he was on his way, I again asked how much it would be and he again said $80 - $90/hr.
He shows up and says he can't fix the door. I say ok, can you go grab a replacement at Home Depot or something. He says he can't, he doesn't have the car for it. So I say ok, well can you at least remove the door?
That he does but doesn't remove the hardware until I ask him. Doesn't clean up the mess he made until I ask him. Leaves the door propped up against original 1920's molding and dents it. And then leaves hinges still in the door frame even though I asked him to remove it. I only noticed after he left. And the reason why... because he stripped the screws! I can even see where he lost control of the drill and there is now a squiggly drill mark two inches long.
And for all this, he charges $135!
He was here for 35 minutes, didn't fix anything, left it worse off than before he came, and charged a full 50% more than I was quoted.
And he was unapologetic about everything, even sneaking out before I noticed the stripped screw and drill mark.
Don't use these guys, I wish I hadn't.

I wanted to change out the carpet in my rooms for tile because of my allergies, so I called Los Angeles Handyman. I'm really picky and hard to please when it comes to my house.
At my previous place, the contractors I hired did a terrible job with the tile. Everything was uneven, some tiles were broken and they left unfinished edges. I explained my concerns when I called in and I was assured that I wouldn't have to worry about that with their technicians. I booked an appointment for a walk through.
They showed up right on time for the appointment and we immediately got to talking. They were very professional and understanding to my needs. I chose them to hire them over many other places I called because I felt they would do the best job. They answered all my questions with knowledge and experience.
It did not take them very long to get the rooms done. They left everything nice and clean, ready to refurnish. I wish I would have known about these guys sooner! They really go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
I will definitely call them back when I am ready to fix up my patio!

I just moved into an apartment near campus with a few roommates and we needed a tv to be mounted onto our wall, we wanted some picture frames to be professionally hung and some patching from previous holes in the wall. At first we tried having my roommate's boyfriend mount the tv but he did not know what he was doing so we all made the decision to call a real handyman. We found Los Angeles Handyman from yelp and called them up. I was a bit hesitant at first to hire a handyman because none of us had ever had experience with this type of stuff before but it worked out great in the end! We set up an appointment over the phone and we got a call from Justin who is the handyman who was going to help us out. He sounded really nice and respectful over the phone, he just called to go over the details of the job so he knew exactly what to expect. He got here exactly on time and got to work without wasting a minute! He got the entire job done in less than an hour, we were all really impressed. He is a really great handyman who really puts all of his effort into his work and it is really obvious that he wants to finish the job without making any mistakes. We are all so happy with the outcome of the project, everything looks amazing.

Last week I moved into a new place , I found this guys who gave me a fair price and they showed up when they said they would unlike others who made promises and did not follow through. NO hidden fees not, extra charges they were interested in making me happy. They mounted two TV's and patched holes in the walls quick !

We just moved into a new office 4 months ago and had a whole project: patching up drywall, painting, hanging shelves and pictures, assembling furniture, fixing some of the electrical outlets and more. I was very happy when I called CO NAME HERE because they actually sent over a technician the very same day we called to give a free estimate. He was very polite and professional and went over the long list of things that needed done and gave me a quote I thought was extremely reasonable. When I told the technician I needed the work done ASAP he actually moved up the work to be started the very next day- for no extra costs!! 2 days later the whole work was complete and looked incredible, so I asked the technician if he could recommend a company that could also install security cameras and alarms and he surprised me by saying that he could do it himself!! I decided to get it him to do it since he did a great job so far, and I was really not disappointed!! It looks and works great! These guys can do everything!! Since then I've brought them in to fix the air conditioning, change some pipes in the bathroom, replace a window and even repave part of the driveway!! I never imagined that there is a company that has technicians that do EVERYTHING, AND- for a very good price too!! I can not recommend this company strongly enough!!! Every person should hire them!

I moved from Denver to LA about 2 months ago and got into a new apartment. The problem was the last tenants had left a hole in the wall and I had to paint the master bedroom. I looked for a handyman on yelp and found Los Angeles handyman and called them. They came by and gave me a estimate for the whole job. Honestly, the price wasn' t that low but I accepted it because they were so professional and very honest. They came the very next day at 8 AM, did all the work in the wall, patched and painted the master bedroom and left after 6 hours. Over all they were very good and did a great job matching the color!!!!

I recently used Los Angeles Handy man service because one of my pipes in my up stairs bathroom broke at 2 a.m and I needed someone to come out asap because I wasn't sure how serious this was, so i went online checked out a few handy man services in the los angeles area and most of were closed by 7 p.m and i needed someone now. After calling a few places that could not help me at the time I needed them, i found Los Angels handy man who were open 24 hours which was a big relief, so I called and a live person answered and I told them about my situation and they took my information down and ill say within 5 minutes I received a call from Sam who was the handy man, He told me he can come to my house it was no problem what time it was. So Sam came and took a look at the broken pipe and noticed that the pipe must have been leaking for some time because he showed me the damage the water had done to my cabinet and it was warping the wood. Sam told me he can fix the broken pipe and replace the whole cabinet as well, so we agreed and by the time I was home from work which was 7 p.m Sam replaced the broken pipe and replaced the cabinet that was seriously damaged by the water leakage all within a day and he did a excellent job i was very surprised with the job because i thought this was going to be a problem after problem type of pipe damage, but he was he showed me everything he did and showed me the broken pipe and i was satisfied nothing was a problem for him he knew exactly what to do he did the job just right i am thankful that Los Angeles handy man is open 24 hours and were there at the time i needed them. I recommend Los Angeles handyman to home owners or property owners/business owners who need professional handy man service.
