When you work with me, JG, expect a clear and honest evaluation and update on all ongoing or upcoming projects. Should I discover that a job is beyond my tools, I will be surprised, yet I will communicate this to you prior to starting.

Since I run this as a side business, my pricing will always be budget-friendly. I will work with you to outline a plan, taking note of everything we can consider. I do not charge by the hour. I provide free consultations and quotes at no cost. Upon finishing the job, you will get a set price that includes all materials. My experience spans various tasks, including concrete work, siding, roofing, and much more. This includes electrical, furnace, and plumbing tasks. If I cannot perform a specific job, I can at least provide you with a free consultation, offering advice and guidance.

Any work beyond Sioux Falls will incur a minor gas fee. If I fail to receive a ""JG is just great!"" from you, that falls on me!
