When you work with me, JG, expect a clear and honest evaluation and update on all ongoing or upcoming projects. If I find that I can't handle a task with my tools, I will be taken aback, but I will inform you before we begin any work.

Since I run this as a side business, my pricing will always be budget-friendly. Together, we will create a plan, making sure to capture all relevant details. I do not bill by the hour. I offer free consultations along with a complimentary quote. Upon finishing the job, you will get a set price that includes all materials. I have handled numerous jobs, from concrete and siding to roofing and nearly everything else. This encompasses electrical work, furnace repairs, and plumbing services. If a task is beyond my capabilities, I can still give you a free consultation with helpful advice and direction.

For jobs outside of Sioux Falls, there will be a small travel fee. If I don't get a ""JG is just great!"" from you, it's on me!
