With me, JG, you will always receive a truthful assessment and update regarding any tasks being performed or scheduled. If I find that I can't handle a task with my tools, I will be taken aback, but I will inform you before we begin any work.

Being a one-man operation and doing this as a side job, my prices will consistently be low. Together, we will create a plan, making sure to capture all relevant details. Hourly rates are not part of my pricing structure. I offer free consultations along with a complimentary quote. Upon finishing the job, you will get a set price that includes all materials. I have handled numerous jobs, from concrete and siding to roofing and nearly everything else. I cover everything from electrical and furnace work to plumbing tasks. Should I be unable to complete a job, I can still offer a free consultation with some guidance and suggestions.

For jobs outside of Sioux Falls, there will be a small travel fee. If I fail to receive a ""JG is just great!"" from you, that falls on me!
