When you work with me, JG, expect a clear and honest evaluation and update on all ongoing or upcoming projects. If I find that I can't handle a task with my tools, I will be taken aback, but I will inform you before we begin any work.

As a solo operator, this is my side gig, so my rates will always remain affordable. I will work with you to outline a plan, taking note of everything we can consider. I do not charge by the hour. You can expect a free consultation and a no-obligation quote. You will have a clear, fixed price at the end, which covers all materials. I have tackled a diverse range of projects, from concrete and siding to roofing and everything in between. This includes electrical, furnace, and plumbing tasks. Should I be unable to complete a job, I can still offer a free consultation with some guidance and suggestions.

For jobs outside of Sioux Falls, there will be a small travel fee. If I fail to receive a ""JG is just great!"" from you, that falls on me!
