BEWARE USING SERVICES of Mr.FixItAll-5280 (a.k.a Darryl Giese). I've learned my lesson the hard way, that he is too much trouble. I found him to be unreliable and his work, shoddy. He rarely shows up when he says he's going to show up. He shows up when he wants to. On almost every job/project I've had him work on, he left the job incomplete. Additionally, I'm discovering that the work he did, never resolved the problem he was hired for.
He's very good at promising you that he can do the job and that he can do many different types of jobs, in the beginning, and he wants you to pay up half the $$ for the job. And, he's quick to accept any work you say you need. He sucks you in that way because, frankly, people need a handyman to fix some problems and that can start soon. He gets started fairly quickly, but then starts not showing when he says he will. And that just gets worse and worse. I would wait days sometimes wondering when he would show back up. If I texted him asking him when he would show up, he would usually say he would be there in the afternoon, and then never show. Then, when he declares the job 'done', you find out soon enough that he left many things he was supposed to do, undone, and/or a sloppy mess. And, then it's virtually impossible to get him back to finish. This is the one constant with Darryl.

He's loaded with excuses. And, trouble seems to follow him everywhere.

After he worked on several projects for me, I discovered that, in my honest opinion, he was a real disappointment and was not worth the trouble. And, I'm likely going to have to seek legal restitution.
