I can't express enough how awesome and amazing our experience was with handy heroes! From our initial interaction they had amazing customer service which included having someone out to the house less 24 hours of our call. Our handyman Brandon came early, ready to work, and extremely knowledgeable about the task (including the ones we added at the end) we hired him for. We appreciate his effectiveness and mastery of by the hour. We truly can't recommend him enough. So if you are looking for someone to install your Thule rack in your garage, or fix the way your bathroom door closes without touching the floor, or merely a handyman with expertised and great character Brandon and Handyman Hereos are the people for you.

Flavio did a great job on caulking the bathroom! Perfect straight lines. He also was able to reattach some appliance handles that are tricky. On time, friendly and kept the working areas clean. Very good service, I hope my landlord continues to use Handyman Heroes.

Luis and his team are amazing!! They're very professional, timely and great communicators. They installed light fixtures in our home, as well as wiring to make outdoor string lights and automatic lights. We had Handyman Heroes do a few projects in the home, ranging from smaller tasks like fixing a sticky door buzzer, to larger tasks requiring permits, like replacing a door, and installing a bathroom fan.

While there was an issue where the quote didn't properly account for the time required to do one of the bigger tasks, the management were accommodating in correcting that mistake and making other accommodations to make up for the unexpected increase in the invoice costs. We feel they were more than fair, all things considered. They also proved adept at navigating the permitting process, which can otherwise ensnarl even minor projects in cost increases and delays.

In particular, we were very pleased with the folks who came and did the on-site work, namely Damon and Luis. They went above and beyond in not only doing the contracted work, but also walking us through options on the project, identifying and helping fix potential safety issues with prior contractors' work, were careful and efficient with their time so as to not increase costs to us, and generally were clearly stand-up guys who cared and were not just looking out for their employer's bottom line.

I highly recommend this organization, and will use them again.

Jake did a wonderful job, was easy to work with, and was super efficient. We had him mount several tricky things around the house (large TV mount, odd shaped coat rack etc) as well as fix up one of our closet doors. Did a great job on all of it!

Handyman Heroes generally was very responsive and scheduled the work quickly. Would definitely hire them again.
