My interest in manual work began early in life.

My father, a traditional sign painter, would bring home wood scraps for my brother and me to create anything we wanted in our backyard.

That love for hands-on building only deepened as I got older.

When I turned 18, my dad gave me the opportunity and funds to build a standalone garage from the ground up at our house.

After dabbling in various carpentry positions, I landed a job at a metal fabrication shop in my late twenties.

I later became a finisher, a position that required precision and was quite satisfying.

Then Covid-19 hit. After more than 25 years at that metal fabrication shop, I was let go because of decreased demand.

I endured weeks of frustrating job hunting but continually circled back to the thought of owning my own business.

Thus, I chose to take the leap and establish my own handyman service.
