My husband and I moved from Georgia on military orders. I am active duty AIR FORCE. My roommate and her husband flew from Nevada. Not only are we paying $700/day for Michael's crew to get the jobs done, but we are also paying about $150 each couple per night for airbnb and hotel. So far, the work has gone from 3 days to 6 days!!! First of all, Michael never does the actual work. I will say that Michael's one guy was able to successfully complete the electrical work. However, he hires unlicensed, inexperienced workers to paint our 2 bedroom, 1400 sq ft unit. Their crew left a huge mess...pizza boxes, socks, debris, paint all over our floor tiles in which we had to clean and fix ourselves. His painter told us we bought the wrong paint and told my husband to purchase KILZ primer to use as paint for our walls in our house. There are line marks, drip stains everywhere! Michael promised us a $1500 coupon on future services, but he never answers our phone calls and takes a day to respond to our texts. Meanwhile, our roommates' moving company delivered all their furniture into our ruined home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY unless it's electrical.

Needed 6 fixtures installed, called a few places in yelp, most didn't answer phone and those we did wanted $200 plus more an hour! Michael was one of the better quotes and best part he arrived at our door within 45 min. We watched him test and measure and set up the fixtures. He was great with our crazy dog. Going to bring him back for our other fixtures and some back splash for our bathroom. Happy with the service and work.

We have had the worst experience with Michael. Not only is he unresponsive, but the quality of his work is incredibly below par. His team has compromised the integrity of the house, and left a HUGE mess. The only promising person on his team is his brother who specializes in electrical. This young man worked alone, while we paid for a team of 4. Yes, we were promised a team of 4, however, 1 or 2 people show up, in their own time, without actually completing any of the scheduled tasks. When we panicked and reached out to Micheal, we found out. That he was in another project. The repairs to their mistakes, and unfinished work were costly and inconvenient. An apology does not suffice. Steer clear of this liability. Let me go ahead and add the photo of the broken glass that was left behind the cabinets- we did not come here to unfairly disrupt your business. Only to share the truth. 4 fans were installed, NOT 7, the kitchen and dining room, never got theirs. additionally the removal of the popcorn ceilings was a fail; had you come back to check on your team you would have seen that. This was NOT your (teams) best work. We would have loved to share how wonderful things turned out, but they simply did not. As a professional who stands by his work, your response should be, """"let me make it right."""" Not propose that I just came to salt your business. As a customer, it is exactly my right to write a review. And show the pictures.
