I am so satisfied with the service I received. When I called this morning, Daulton picked up and sent a serviceman to our home to install a hook for my ring doorbell camera--10/10 customer service.

These guys came out three times to change a water heater control valve kept sending out people who obviously knew nothing they sent someone late at night and that guy tried installing a part that was incorrect, we called out there gas company after each service because our hot water kept going out. These guys finally said we needed a new part we paid $600 and the part was installed incorrectly they even gave us gas leaks we had to call the gas company 3 times and each time they shut off the gas. They said get a licensed plumber these guys don't know what they're doing. They even used the incorrect tape! Now we ended up having to get someone else out here to fix their mistakes and mess and I called to ask them to consider a partial refund since nothing was done and I have a part that doesn't belong and I can't do nothing with and they simply said NO. Don't waste your time calling these guys out, spend the extra money and get a licensed professional


You spoke to my husband over the phone came out and said we did not need a new water heater you would save us money, you sent a guy late at night since you kept rescheduling and didn't show up when you had to. You also sent a guy on the day he wasn't supposed to be here and they weren't even actual employees one of your guys told us you hire random guys to come out that's why we didn't want to let him in. You guys are rip offs and liars
Your dad said he would give us half of a refund as long as he picked up the part and I agreed. You guys used masking tape when you weren't supposed to and caused leaks
We have texts we're you say water heater is good no need to change out.

What a wonderful experience. My sister had a horrible experience with a contractor that left her house in complete disarray. One of the things that was left undone was an oven that was placed in the proper location but never connected. I called Frank and Son's and asked if they could help us out and they responded promptly. Their prices were decent. But most of all, they were flexible, thorough, kind and went above and beyond. My sisters oven is s now working and she is over the moon. I am so grateful for the work they did.

Beware this company has NO BUSINESS LICENSE! This is a bigger deal than most think! do not hire - don't take the risk. They won't make the quoted repairs, and they will leave more damage than the original problem. See pictures of finished work below...

Do not hire anyone from this company - they use bait & switch - Daulton the son uses his dad's experience to get business; however dad does not show up for the job....so in Daulton's words THEY SENT A FAMILY FRIEND WHO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL A FAUCET OR REPAIR A SMALL HOLE IN THE WALL. SEE PICTURES BELOW...they send a family friend..but don't tell the customer that they are sending family friend who has no experience!

FRIEND TOOK MY $50 FLASHLIGHT & DAULTON IS REFUSING TO RETURN IT BECAUSE HE SAID I DIDN'T PAY FOR THE WORK - SEE PICTURES BELOW OF THEIR COMPLETED WORK! THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES! Daulton states dad is hurt & cannot work... which is fine then don't lie & state you & dad have years of experience and then send a family friend who has no experience. Daulton admitted this & said Marty their family friend that charges $75 an hour but does not know how to install faucet, and per Daulton only works on wood repair - then why did you send him??

The family friend Marty was to replace kitchen faucet & repair small hole (4 x 4) 0n the kitchen wall - see pictures below of marty's finished work! btw i did not know marty was not daulton's dad when he showed up.

After job was completed their was a big water leak - water damage under kitchen sink because he messed up the 'turn angle valve' when he was tightening up the faucet. workers who know what they are doing know how to replace kitchen faucet without causing leaks!

The entire job will need to be done all over again by a professional plumber.

Don't fall for Daulton's quote which is not based on the job but by time (hours), which of course takes much longer for their family friend to 'try' to complete the job.

They are dishonest & do not warranty their work! pictures added below after they did their work to show bad workmanship,
worker stole my flashlight (cost of flashlight $50) and they won't return it.

I have proof of the electronic payment i made to daulton's dad's name.

Daulton initially said they would be out to repair the damages caused by marty, and we scheduled an appointment for 6:30 am on saturday. he sends me a message right before he is to show and says they won't be able to fix it and then he blocks my phone number.

I contacted frank and son's handyman in early march 2023 to replace a sink faucet and repair a small hole in my kitchen wall. the person who was scheduled never showed up and when i called Daulton (the son) said there was some confusion and the 'handyman' who he scheduled to perform the labor showed up to the 'wrong' customer. it took 2 hours to find this out.
in the meantime, i took off of work to get this work done. not just that but daulton had sold me on him, and his father would be coming out to do the work. we rescheduled and he sent marty.
marty did not have a clue as to how to replace the faucet and after an hour said he would have to return another day to finish the job. i paid for that day!
marty could not return the next day, which was a saturday, which was my day off. nope had to reschedule marty for another day, which meant that i had to take another day off from work.
when marty returned it took him 2 hours to replace the faucet. he said it was harder than he thought, and after some pounding and expletives, he was able to connect the faucet.
there's a leak under kitchen sink. there had never been a water leak. found out that marty unknowingly stripped the 'angle valve', which was dripping water.
the 4x4 kitchen wall repair - marty threw some plaster on my kitchen wall and said it had to dry so he would return later. in looking over the work i found that marty had made the whole in the wall bigger than it was and there was a hole in the wall that was not previously there. he used a hammer and nails to try to repair drywall. it is a mess! see picture below.
the pictures below are of the completed work that daulton's company did...they left me with a bigger mess than what i had and now won't return to fix it!

This company saved me from a nightmare. I went to give my sons a bath one night and the faucet to turn the water on fell completely off and I couldn't get it back on. Dalton and his team responded to my Yelp inquiry right away and came to my house the next day. The problem was a lot worse than we all thought but they were incredibly patient and professional and fixed the issue in two days. I highly recommend this company as they specialize in a wide variety of home repair needs.

Made an appointment with Daulton, Frank's son. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for him to show I called and got a recording about being out of office & leaving info on job specs. I left a vm for someone to call me back and did the same leaving a message on their website. To bad, Daulton talked a good game when I discussed work I wanted him to come out and quote.
