I've been a property manager for 20 years, so I've had a lot of experiences with handymen. I used Dan for the first time on my personal home this month. I'm doing some remodeling, so I hired him to install a sink, a couple of faucets, replace some light fixtures, repair my dishwasher, fix some drywall damage, etc. Dan is great to interact with. He's well spoken and professional. Very organized and focused, so he works fast. The problem with a lot of good handymen is that their customer service sucks, so it's a trade off-- deal with a jerk because he knows his stuff. Dan isn't like that at all. He's got a ton of experience and his work shows it, but he is also pleasantly easy to deal with. I can see why he books two weeks out. He's worth the wait.

I was recommended to Dan by a family friend. Dan was so kind and most importantly thorough. I never felt he was taking advantage of me. I found my handyman. I love that he is a veteran too.

I got ghosted.

I called first to see if a small job was something he'd be interested and able to help with. He said yes. After sending him some pictures of the problem area I never heard back. I tried texting a couple more times before giving up.

I wouldn't mind him turning down the job, but getting ghosted is a waste of my time.

I will definitely be using Dan again for any home repairs! He was kind and honest. What I thought was going to be be an expensive garbage disposal replacement turned out to be a simple adjustment that he gladly made and even showed me how to do it myself if it ever happens again. He was very responsive to my initial request for service and communicated with me professionally and efficiently. All in all, a great experience that I am very appreciative for!

Dan is a great guy who does an amazing job. He was hired by the company who owns our apartment building to come and fix up several different issues. He did a very thorough job fixing up our place, everything he fixed was done with precision. Let's just say Dan is keeping the profession of Handyman alive. You can tell he's a genuine guy, if I ever need to hire someone to help fix my home or anything for that matter Dan would be one of the first people I call.

Daniel is awesome. He is an efficient worker, does a quality job, and charges a super fair price. He fixed our sink, installed a bookshelf that spans an entire wall, earthquake-proofed and baby-proof a lot of stuff in our home, and he's a friendly guy. You don't have to worry about him showing up without a specialized tool for a particular job because he brings a trailer that is basically a mobile hardware store.

Dan is someone that I instinctively went to when I had received two questionable quotes from other contractors. He was swamped with appointments but didn't hesitate to respond immediately. He let me know the things to look for and what Price range I should be able to get, even if it wasn't with him. When we found that we couldn't find the same amount of integrity and support anywhere else it was worth the wait to have Dan do our job for us. Turns out he is extremely diligent not only with assisting but in his job assignment/task. He's worth the wait if there is one, because he will do outstanding work and with fairness.

He's very friendly, is a family man and a veteran. I recommend him for all of your contracting needs.

I called Dan this morning and he came out within 2 hours. He was leaving on vacation soon yet still made time to fit me into his schedule. Dan did a great fixup on a rental of ours. He was on budget, on time and made himself available always. He got us some amazing prices on subcontractors he knows for things such as blinds. We will definitely use him in the future!
