Noel C.I had Ivan come out and replace a garage side door last week. He did such a great job I hired him to come out this week and help me do some repairs on an old balcony. He replaced rotted posts with water pressured new wood posts. For both jobs he charged a fair price and performed admirably. He cleaned up very nicely too. Communications was super easy. I would definitely recommend him for any handyman job. I am gathering up other tasks for him to work on soon.

He opened up the ceiling for our skylights and replacing our fireplace mantle. This included cutting out a part of the ceiling, adding drywall, painting, and patching holes in our wall. I was really impressed by how many things he does well.
