Really great job removing my old double-basin sink, cutting my granite countertop, and putting in my new single-basin sink. We had a few follow ups needed for our place that we bought, included a dryer and dishwasher not being hooked up properly, and some cables that were coming through outlet spaces that I couldn't figure out how to organize and seal properly. Ivan was up for all the tasks, even explaining some stuff that he didn't think needed fixing and updated his pricing accordingly. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to work with. Will definitely be calling Ivan again at some point.

Ivan was a mixed bag for my many needs. He texted responsively and was timely as promised. He showed he is capable of very good work. The problems were the result of his trying to do too much in a single day. It led to poor drywall repair in areas, incomplete/poor caulking (he ran out and I supplied) and shoddy painting (ceiling/wall interface). The following day, I asked Ivan if he would return to redo and ""fix"" the areas he rushed thru or did a sloppy job. To his credit, he returned and worked 4-5 hrs to make things right and showed that he is very capable. I was disappointed he didnt just make it a 2 day job (based on what he charged it was 2 days pay) when he worked past 8pm. the first day. I also had to supply items that he should have (caulk, extension pole for ceiling paint, texture can) Lastly, when he was completely done there remained an area of texture he should have let dry before painting. If he could pace himself appropriately and patiently and attend to details without rushing its a 5/5. I admire his pride in returning to get it right

I contacted Ivan because I needed help with fixing/replacing several items at my rental before a new tenant moved in. I sent him pictures of everything and we agreed on a price. I also purchased all of the parts/items ahead of time.

Ivan was very communicative, picked up a new toilet for me from Home Depot on the way to my place, and was at my place on time.

He worked for around 6 hours on various tasks everything from replacing a toilet, water connections, sink faucets, installing new light fixtures, installing ceiling fans, fixing sliding doors and windows, converting old cans to LEDs, building a wooden frame around a mirror, painting, etc.

Ivan did a fantastic job and was very reasonable. He also helped me dispose of the old toilet and old parts after the work was complete. Ivan was also able to send me a detailed invoice once the work was done and he accepts Zelle and Venmo.

I would hire Ivan for handyman jobs and he's got the ability to work on custom wood projects too!
