I have a property that needed some fixing: heavy door coming off the hinges needed to be replaced, and screws were stripped. I also needed someone to remove our aerial silk from our high ceiling, and light bulb replaced again high ceiling. Ivan was very responsive and I needed him to come at an exact time because my tenants tight schedule that week. Overall we are really happy with Ivan's high quality of work. He reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue despite the stripped screws and heavy door. The preferred method of communication was texting. I explained to him what needed to be done and I sent him pictures so he knew exactly what he was coming into and he executed. I have a very happy tenant and I will keep Ivan as my go to handy man. I also tipped him as well as a token of my appreciation for coming out short notice. Great service is hard to find and we found it with Ivan.

My husband and I moved in to our current place a couple months ago and had a long list of a bunch of bits and bobs that needed to be taken care of like fixing the dry wall, lights, the doors, and the closet sliders. We found another handyman who tried to charge us $2K for it, but Ivan did it for less than half that. We are very happy with his service and definitely recommend him!

I'm a pretty handy man myself, but when our front door wasn't completely locking, I decided to call someone with more experience. Ivan got back to me quickly and offered to come the same day. He was able to fix the door quickly. It was well worth it. Will hire again if something comes up I'm not able to fix.

I needed to have my patio cover repaired and painted and Ivan responded right away. He came out to take a look and made the repairs quickly, the next day. He would have done it the same day if my schedule would have allowed it. On top of it all, he was able to do the work in less time and for a better rate than I was able to get other estimates. Some people wouldn't even give me estimates until they came out and took things apart?! Crazy. The work looks top notch and I would completely recommend him!

My washing machine broke suddenly. In a COVID brain fog, I purchased a washer without the pedestal. Realizing my mistake after the new washer was set up, I bought a matching pedestal from a home improvement store but they wouldn't honor their installation with purchase.

Ivan (and his associate) were able to install the pedestal on the same day I requested a quote. Very responsive, reliable (showed up right on time), and affordable.

He also compassion person that now these days is hard to find. We ordered wrong parts and because I'm not mobile (I'm just out of surgery late last week), he offered to purchase parts from nearby Home Depot on our behalf that we reimbursed with fees.
