Kori and his team were great! They provided a good experience - they communicated every step of the way and I was very happy with the work.

I had a closet installed for my daughter's bedroom.
They do excellent work and work long hours to stay on schedule. The closet exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use them again. In fact, they are coming out next week!

Handyman Connection was such a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, courteous and professional. My appointment did have to be pushed back a week, due to the materials being behind, but given that HMC is not a warehouse, nor are they the postal service, they cannot be held liable for late materials. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know! Working with Kori & his team was awesome.

I wanted to include a photo of my gutters, this was after my husband started cleaning them. This was after Handyman Connection charged me $750 for gutters cleaning and cussed at me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are con artist who will claim they did a job when ring footage and before / after pictures are clear that it wasn't. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I could say. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Earlier this year I requested some repairs. Having hired a company by the Handyman Connection name in the 1990s, I thought they would be perfect in 2023. So wrong! My 1990s impression of a handyman was someone with home repair skills and the tools to do it. Back then I was impressed by watching the jobs get done one after the other and right the first time. I was in shock this time that they would overpromise and underdeliver. I was promised a new walk-through metal door and some wood replaced amongst some small jobs. Measuring would have gone a long way to get the job right. Sadly, I received a door made with a thin metal outer layer and made to face the wrong way. By the time it was installed, it was dented in several areas. Of course, I asked why a door facing wrong was chosen and was told that was all Lowe's had. I was not asked if it was acceptable or told of any policy regarding substitutions or that if one hardware store didn't have what was needed, I would be $h!t out of luck. H.C. 'worked' this job over the course of a few days and weeks. I felt the need to be present every time as he wanted to leave the job multiple times before finishing. So basically, he was not suited to the work or to working. Anyway, I informed Kori who admitted that he will do what it takes SINCE HE WANTS TO GET PAID. I really thought for a while something was going to get resolved. Instead, he sent same guy back to continue same job with the same wrongly purchased supplies and original plan. H.C. complained to me that the space where the door goes required a custom size door. Why admit that proving not measured? So, consider me blamed for the work I hired done. It is offensive I was expected to pay for this treatment and substandard work. I kept mentioning I was promised a professional door install and was told louder that it will be a professional door install. Also, it was upsetting to see the wood used to replace the rotted wood was NOT cut to fit the space intended. The rubber weather strip on the bottom of the door is already falling apart in strings. It is insulting the way the jobs were handled. Eventually I paid to get H.C. to leave so I could get my life back and to be done and to not worry about getting a lien on my home. Like I said I had to be present to keep him working. Many of us have paid for some education, usually our own. I feel most of this job should have been filed under their training, education or the cost of doing business. I am reviewing here so all know that their work is not professional or sellable.

Called on the to request a quote on a child's swing set assembly. Responded right away on the weekend and said they would get back to me on Monday. I texted a picture of the swing set. Very nice office staff person called Monday and ask what sevice I needed, and I said I needed help to assemble a childs swin set. She said she would get with the boss and call me back. Called back next day and quoted $1500. I told her that was out of the question. The swing set cost $500. I told her the Information on line says it is a 2 man job required 2-3 hours. She said she would ask the boss and and woud call back with another quote. Quote $450. I did not use this company due to outragous first quote.
