The quality was excellent, he was wonderful to work with and always showed up when he said he would. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I highly recommend Rob for your handyman needs. I had several awnings come loose due to high winds. Some were on the second floor. He quickly secured the awnings and checked the remaining 12 on the property. He was friendly and responsive. In addition he showed up exactly when he said he would.

Rob gave me a very fair price (best I found) to clean my gutters. He came over the same day I called, had a ladder, and climbed up and did a great job on my gutters. He also pointed out a rotten spot on my roof I wouldn't have known about unless he had told me. Very nice guy, super hard worker, and I would definitely recommend him for any job.

Unprofessional, inexperienced and poor customer service and follow up. We had a closet shelf put in and 1/4 round molding put in. The contractor left drywall dust everywhere. I have never seen anything like it before. The molding did not match the existing molding. Contractor claims he is color blind. Said problem would be fixed on a certain date but never showed up or called and did not respond to my calls or texts for about a week. Contractor said his phone fell in the toilet and he did not have my address or number even though he had completed contract work for me and should have had all necessary paperwork with my information. He got a new phone and contacted me back saying he would fix the problem. I asked if I could get back to him in a few days with a new date but when I did he again failed to respond. I wouldn't recommend this contractor to anyone.

With less than two hours of notice, Rob made a lengthy trip to help me pick up a washer and dryer, basically new, that were being sold at a steal. Lot of miles, lot of work. He picked me up, took me to the spot, picked up the washer and dryer, then removed the old units from my house, installed a compatible plug into my dryer and had everything up and running in practically no time at all. I cannot recommend Rob enough.

I contacted Rob on a Sunday morning right after I found a great Craigslist deal on a heavy steel and glass shelving unit. Rob responded promptly and I was easily able to schedule a time for pick up and delivery. He had all the tools to do a proper job quickly to move it to my apartment (truck, moving blankets, attitude) and was worth every reasonable penny. While having a friend to help you is usually free, unlike relying on your friend, it's doubtful that he will hungover and unavailable. I found Rob through a Yelp search when my delivery service couldn't install our new refrigerator. He called me back promptly and came over as soon as he finished another job. Rob did very nice work removing some low cabinetry and running the water line behind our dishwasher. Rob has a great, positive personality and does good work at reasonable prices. Rob is awesome. I needed last-minute help with loading a moving truck and he came over within the hour. He took time to rearrange the stuff that I had already loaded in the van which created a lot of extra room. He worked quickly and took care to make sure that everything was secure in the truck before he left. He is very personable and his rates are beyond reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for moving help!
