With less than two hours of notice, Rob made a lengthy trip to help me pick up a washer and dryer, basically new, that were being sold at a steal. Lot of miles, lot of work. He picked me up, took me to the spot, picked up the washer and dryer, then removed the old units from my house, installed a compatible plug into my dryer and had everything up and running in practically no time at all. I cannot recommend Rob enough.

Rob is AMAZING. He quoted us a price over the phone when we told him that moving my couch would probably take about half an hour. It ended up taking WAY longer because the couch wouldn't fit through the door, and Rob ended up taking the couch around the back door, REMOVING the back door, taking the couch inside, and beautifully and carefully putting the back door on again--without ever uttering a word of annoyance or complaint. He refused to charge more than the (very low) price he had quoted me over the phone, even though the job ended up taking two hours. He is kind, polite, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again--for repairs on my car, around the house, anything! Go Rob!
