After agreeing to a time and the job of replacing door frame, Rob sent me a text this morning at 9:30am saying he would be thirty minutes late due to flat tire (we agreed on 10:30am job start). After several calls and texts I gave up - no show.

I have had Rob come out for a number of handyman jobs since moving to St.Pete, he has turned into my go to when I need something done and I don't trust myself to do it. He is very attentive to details and offers great advice on projects I am planning for the future. I already have a appt set up with him in the next few days for the next project!

We called Rob, Sunday 11.18.18, to schedule an appointment for Monday evening 11.19.18 at 6PM. He didn't show, and we called him at 7 PM. He had no recollection of our call less than 24 hours before. We reminded him of our conversation, and the fact he said he would stop by after visiting his parents, who live around the corner from us.That's how we found him in the first place! After much stuttering and stammering, he said he didn't show because he never stopped by his parents! Ok...really!? He offered to make another appointment. We calmly stated our hesitation, based on the parent response, but said yes, we were willing to reschedule. With that, he stated he didn't want to deal with OUR negativity and hung up. Does anything more need to be said?

Absolutely the best handyman around! Came over and fixed a problem we were having with our front door and assembled/hung a new ceiling fan and removed our old! Couldn't have been happier with his service and will recommend him to everyone! Will be using him again in the near future.

Although he did do a good job on the work he did, Rob never came back to finish up the rest of the work. I called and called and text and text and he never responded back to me. My job was delayed several times and I gave him the benefit of the doubt .. car accident .. can't control that . I am really disappointed because the work he did do was very good . I understand life happens but never to respond . Wow that's not how customer service works .
