Although he did do a good job on the work he did, Rob never came back to finish up the rest of the work. I called and called and text and text and he never responded back to me. My job was delayed several times and I gave him the benefit of the doubt .. car accident .. can't control that . I am really disappointed because the work he did do was very good . I understand life happens but never to respond . Wow that's not how customer service works .

Nice to finally find a dependable, competent handyman! Rob was on time and went above and beyond. He got to work right away and was reasonably priced. I will definitely use him for any of my handyman needs.

Rob gets 5 Stars! He responded to my text promptly and scheduled a time to come to my home to do the job. He arrived on time and got right to work. He is professional, kind, and good hearted. I gave him one task that was difficult, and he completed it with perfection. I will be telling all my friends and clients to use him for their handyman needs in the future.

I called rob before hurricane irma to see if he would be able to put up my hurricane shutters. The job required a drill and an extension ladder. He said he did not have the ladder but he could get one. In the few days leading up I had recommended rob to put up shutters for a neighbor and a co worker. They were both so relieved to have found someone help out. Come Friday afternoon before the hurricane, I had not heard from rob. I sent him a text and he said he could not find any ladders. My co worker and I found a ladder at a hardware store and offered to buy it. Rob did not respond to any of my texts or calls after expressing that he could not find ladder. At that point all 3 of us were in a panic! I get awful that I had recommended rob to others. He was so friendly on the phone but it really did not end up working out. It would have been nice if he could have let us know he wasn't going to be able to get the job done.

Rob is awesome! He can do just about anything you throw at him. Excellent work ethics. Do not hesitate to call him..he will actually call you back and show up to work!
