I contacted him for two (non-emergency) plumbing jobs and one handyman job. He responded very quickly and scheduled to come the next AM. The larger of the plumbing jobs was to diagnose and fix a longstanding issue with one toilet that frequently backs up. Prior plumbers provided short-term fixes, but he spent a few hours assessing all of our sewer lines and determined this one was not connected to the others and was badly blocked by likely tree roots under the house. (Could have been the original line in our 1894 home). He was able to bypass that line by connecting it to the other line through the installation of new pipes (see pics). He also replaced the flush mechanism in another toilet that was old and sounded to be leaking. And repaired a side gate. I've been looking for a reliable plumber and handyman for ages and finally found both in Handy Teddy! Considering the time and attention he paid to all jobs, I would say his services are a good value. I highly recommend him.

Very responsive and super easy to work with. I had him over to fix 2 issues. One is the toilet which he fixed and the other one is the stovetop which he diagnosed the problem but it required a specialized appliance technician to replace parts, and he was kind enough not to charge me anything for the diagnostics.

THE IMPOSSIBLE JUST HAPPENED

I discovered that there was water leaking under my kitchen sink, late on a Saturday afternoon.
I went to YELP for help. Most plumbers were closed for business until Monday morning at the earliest. But, during my search, I came across
""HANDY TEDDY"" -- and noticed that he offered service on the weekend. I sent him a message describing my problem and asked if he could possible squeeze me in on his Sunday schedule. He replied with, ""I can come now""!!!!! ...and he did just that.
Nice guy, great smile, very professional and knew exactly what to do -- and did it...and he didn't break the bank!!!
Would give him 10 stars if I could!!!l
