THE IMPOSSIBLE JUST HAPPENED

I discovered that there was water leaking under my kitchen sink, late on a Saturday afternoon.
I went to YELP for help. Most plumbers were closed for business until Monday morning at the earliest. But, during my search, I came across
""HANDY TEDDY"" -- and noticed that he offered service on the weekend. I sent him a message describing my problem and asked if he could possible squeeze me in on his Sunday schedule. He replied with, ""I can come now""!!!!! ...and he did just that.
Nice guy, great smile, very professional and knew exactly what to do -- and did it...and he didn't break the bank!!!
Would give him 10 stars if I could!!!l

We hired Teddy to repair a leaky toilet in our rental home and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. Given that we live in an older house, we were concerned about how costly the repair might be, especially since there were a few potential issues with the plumbing. Teddy arrived right on time and quickly assessed the situation. After pulling up the toilet, he determined that the flange was actually salvageable, which was a huge relief.

He could have easily suggested a full flange replacement, which would have likely cost us close to $1,000, but instead, Teddy was able to fix the existing flange at a much more reasonable price. This level of honesty and integrity really stood out to me--he didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. On top of that, Teddy was professional, friendly and very flexible with his schedule. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend his services. (-:

This was a very friendly and easy-to-work-with handyman. He responded quickly and, was able to come the next day. Even though he was a bit late, he maintained good communication throughout the job. I had plumbing leaks in two different locations (one popped up at the last minute). He was able to help with the additional job at a great price -- both jobs were done at half the price of one of those slimy ""emergency"" plumbers quoted me. The jobs were done quickly and professionally. He was friendly and flexible when collecting payment. Overall a true 5-star experience.
