I highly recommend Trieu for your plumbing needs. Nice guy, gets the job done, and reasonably priced.

We had a kitchen clog on the second floor of our townhouse. Water from the third floor was coming down and filling the sink. We searched Yelp for a few plumbers and compared pricing, and Handy Rooter & Plumbing gave me a price under $200, while others were $225-350 due to the townhouse build (one story homes are much cheaper).

We called at 9am and were lucky enough to have an appointment by 11am. Trieu came right on time and was ready to get to work. I showed him the issue and he knew what the problem was. He snaked the drain a few times with different tools for about 45 minutes and cleared up the issue. No more stoppage! Drips of dirty black water got on the floor and under the sink but Trieu cleaned it all up when he was done.

I had a couple other minor issues and he was more than happy to take a look. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, he couldn't fix these other issues however he did give me pointers on how to fix them myself and gave me quotes for future appointments.

I'm very satisfied with the job that he completed and would use him again in the future.

I've been having standing water in the sink. I took apart the whole thing and cleaned it out - but still no luck. I bought a snake at home depot and used that. Still no luck.

Broke down and called Trieu. Gave a reasonable quote over the phone, confirmed my address and next-day appointment. Showed up on time, called before coming over.

Great guy, knows his stuff. Fixed my issue in a couple of minutes.

Trieu was my savior. I had a leaking toilet valve and I was out of water for 1 day. A nextdoor neighbor saw my post for a women in need of a plumber who needed help asap and sent me a message to call Trieu. He answered my call right away and was at my house in 1/2hr. He got on the valve right away, showed me what he was doing, and we discussed going ahead and replacing the gusts also. I have very hard water so it needed to be done. He got it all done for me and got my water back on. He was so professional, courteous, and so honest. He explains everything he is doing and his work comes with a 1yr warranty on parts and labor. His prices were reasonable especially that he had to do this on Sunday for me. I will definitely use Trieu for all my plumbing needs in the future. We are so happy we found Trieu at Handy Rooter & Plumbing. In the past, he has helped us replace a broken pipe, replace a botched water heater, and fixed our leaking toilets. Every job was done perfectly and we were always extremely satisfied.

When I saw water flooding my lawn this past Friday night, there is no other person to call but Trieu. He prompts responds, and comes to work on it during the weekend. He did a beautiful repair. After spending a day without water, we are so thankful to have water back!

Fixed a lack of water pressure in an upstairs shower. Previous plumber quoted $1300 to replace the mixer/knob assembly by cutting into the tile. Handy R&P not only a) quoted $800 if it got to the point of a new mixer, but b) actually removed the showerhead as part of diagnosis, found there was plenty of pressure coming to the end of the pipe, and ended up charging $150 for the visit and a new showerhead. I'm angry at myself for not doing such a simple diagnostic step, but happy that Handy R&P was smarter than both the first plumber and myself.
Also, he was very conscious about not tracking dirt in - took shoes off at the door.

Trieu is definitely a consummate professional. He was able to come by much earlier than quoted over the phone, and made sure to make contact with us first to see if this would be ok. He was quick, courteous, and left the work site cleaner than it was before he even arrived. I'll definitely give him a call for all future plumbing needs.

I got a clogged and call for Trieu to unclogged the our bathroom. It turns out my whole drainage pipes were broken and were leaking for what I don't know how long it has been happening. It was not a simple fix so he thoroughly explained the process and what needed to be done. I agreed and he started working on the problem the same day. From snaking and water blasting, the clogged was later found to be near the city main sewage lines. He had to dig in the front yard to install 2 ways clean out. What amazing is he repiped, capped open pipe, dug and installed clean out all that in two days. He started early morning till late in evening. Give him a call and you will not regret.

Trieu has saved us time & time again! Our house is getting older and has had several plumbing issues over the last few months. We were lucky the first time we called Handy Rooter & Plumbing, Trieu came out right away to repair our broken bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. Since then he has replaced our main pipes, installed a bidet, snaked our laundry and bathroom pipes, replaced a sink faucet, etc etc etc, the list goes on! Each time Trieu was prompt, patient and courteous no matter how big or how small the job was. He always explained things to me on how the plumbing works. I had a leaky pipe that was causing water to go through the ceiling.

I got contacted from Trieu first out of all the plumbers. He was quick and came to my house hours after posting. After a little investigating we found the leak.

Because the leak was behind the wall in upstairs bathroom he had to do some cutting to get to the leak. But all was covered up and you wouldn't even know it was worked on after.

He was very friendly and fair. I'm happy with the service I got from him and I would recommend him for anyone who has any issues with plumbing.
