Great service. I called him yesterday about a garbage disposal not working. He came the next day and cleaned it out and also noticed the kitchen faucet not turning properly so he offered to fix that too. He took pictures and videos of his work before and after and texted them to me. Helpful to see what was done when you are not there to see for yourself. Fast service!

I had an extremely slow leak on my water heater. I sent some pictures to Trieu and he gave me a competitive quote over the phone. I agreed and he came by to perform the work. He picked up the new water heater and everything was installed within the afternoon. He even replaced a valve not completely closing due to my hard water so I won't have issues later. I watched Trieu perform the work and he is very detailed and knowledgeable about plumbing.

After the work was done, I asked him about another leak I noticed and he helped me fix the leak with some plumbers tape free of charge.

I had water leaking out of my unit. I knew that having a HOA would make it a little harder to find a plumber willing to do the work. Out of the 10 different places I called, Trieu from handy rooter & plumbing was the only one willing to come over, take a look and give me a free estimate. I'm so glad he did because turns out the damage was not as bad as I thought and I didn't need to involve my HOA! He patiently explained what the problem was, what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. And to make sure I was 100% satisfied with his work, he told me I could pay him when I was fully confident the leak was indeed fixed. He truly cares about and values his customers. I had my house fixed twice by contractors and one ran away from the shower project. 2nd contractor fixed it and it broke again after 3 months. Trieu came to the rescue, I was originally not plan to get it fix because of a minor faucet handle problem. Until the shower handle came off causing the water valve runs none stop. Trieu came to my house that same day (as I was desperately begging him to rescue in the last minute).
He arrive within an hour after I called, and gave me an estimate, and he could left the situation as it (the main water valve has turn off by me because the water kept on running). But he actually went a step further, open up that shower's handle facade and turn off the water valve in that bathroom for me, so I can use water through out my house except the broken shower (he understands customer situation). Not only that he gave me a quote way less than other companies I have called a week prior to this incident to get a quote (he could have charge me higher because this is last minute and emergency request, that both he and I know that I can't find that many company come out the same day for me), but he also promise to get it fix for me the same day.
Trieu knows what he is doing, he explained to me what caused the problem and how he fixed the problem. Although the price for getting this shower's handle is costly but I truly see it is worth every penny.

We've had a shower drain clogged and waste water backed up to another bathroom. My husband called Handy Rooter & Plumbing around 8am on Monday, and he showed up with all his equipment at 10am on the same day. He assessed the problem quickly, and started working with Hydro-Jet. Our drain was cleared in less than 40 min.

He is prompt (he even called back to tell us he could arrive earlier), really knows his stuff and explains his process and very reasonably priced. He gave us the most straight forward answer and offered several options with no pressures. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and honest. We have found our go-to for all plumbing jobs going forward. Trieu was amazing! I was having clog sink problems and broke the pipe underneath because DIY gone wrong! Contacted him on Sunday and he was able to come same day! First of all, I was thankful because not many plumbers work on Sunday and can also come the same day.

He is really clean, efficient, and hardworking. Did an amazing job fixing the pipe and unclogging.

After my husband and I replaced a faucet in our kitchen sink, we inadvertently broke the pipe leading to the garbage disposal and needed to replace the whole unit. We decided to hire a plumber to install it and after shopping around, found Handy Rooter's pricing and the fact that he could come out the next morning to be deal breakers.

Treiu was a few minutes early, installed the garbage disposal in a much shorter time than we would have done, and showed us how to do a couple of quick fixes if there is ever a clog in it. He has a one-year warranty on his work, and was very professional. I also appreciated that he cleaned up everything and made sure we were pleased with his work before he left. We will definitely use this company in the future for plumbing work.
