We had a great experience with Marvin Gonzalez from Handy Plumbing Man!

Our tankless water heater (Navien - 240A)started to leak on Feb. 25 (Sunday) afternoon, because of Sunday we worried about hard to find a tankless water heater (plumbing) technician. After searching on internet we found the 24 hours opened company - Handy Plumbing Man with customer high review rating. We called immediately, got a quickly respond and scheduled the next day to check and give an estimate cost.

We met Marvin on time in the next day, he checked the leaking points & whole system carefully. Quickly he found a small part of the tankless water heater and a part of the water pipe needed to be replaced. After he learned the system hasn't done the cleaning process after 3yrs installation, Marvin suggested to do the clean for the whole system to make sure it will work properly in the future. He gave a fair and reasonable cost. He also fastened the pipe leaking fitting to be able to use hot water temporarily.

Then, Marvin replaced the small part and the part of the water pipe, carefully cleaned the equpment, and done the whole cleaning process for the system, he also helped to fix extra issues. it took more than two hours, he did a great job. Now the tankless water heater is back running normally.

Marvin is a great plumber and was great to work with. Many thanks to Marvin and Handy Plumbing Man team! Their reliability, timely completion, and serious work attitude truly set them apart. Highly recommend!!!

We reached out for cleaning/snaking of our 3 bathrooms drains, replacement of shower P trap and sundry issues with sinks. At outset the team was polite, speedy and professional. They explained the planned work, estimated time and charges. They offered a great price. Arrived at time on requested day. We had a water pipe leakage and they came really quick after we just started looking for a vendor (~1 hr - 2hr). Turns out the pipe is a fire sprinkler pipe so they are not licensed to fix it, but they were super kind and professional, answered all the questions I had and helped me put a bowl under the leakage to reduce the damage while we had to wait for a fire sprinkler company to come.

What I really liked about handy plumbing is they provided a free estimate. Many places required a visit fee. Although this fee would be reimbursed if you decided to work with them, you never know how much they are going to quote you so there is a risk you'll be out of a visitation charge and nothing fixed. Marvin Gonzalez from Handy Man Plumbing is great! He did a lot of work for us, replacing a shower valve fixture in one bathroom, a shower valve cartridge in another, as well as a toilet flush assembly and a faucet valve. He took time to discuss all the options (how much to replace, with what, pros/cons of each approach), and did great work. When the shower valve cartridge he installed failed ~3 months later (not his fault, it was an original Grohe part that ended up being defective), he replaced it free of charge. Thank you Marvin!
