Yesterday , I had JR, from Handy plumbing Man LLC from Redwood City to fix our toilet. He was so helpful and worked so hard a difficult drainage and he even clean my bathroom. He was social, polite and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place . JR, thanks for all you did . JR's boss gave us a good discount and we really appreciate that .

Woke up with a leak, broken water heater, and a broken shut off valve. The team took my call right away, came out within an hour, and got to work.

BOTTOM LINE: Phenomenal service! Great communication! No surprise fees!

I frantically called Handy Pluming Man with a surprise leak gushing out of our higher-end rental house in RWC. Marco had a tech to my house within 20 minutes. Before the tech arrived Marco clearly communicated the service call fee, name of the tech (Aguilar), and his ETA.

I showed Aguilar the issue. He secured the main line at the street valve. Further inspected the problem and quoted me a price to fix the issue, that day. - Aguilar and his crew did a great job, finished the job within the time he estimated, kept their working area clean, communicated his progress, and the price was EXACTLY what was quoted.

Importantly, the small crew adhered to social distancing measures and proper mask wearing the whole time. They also wiped areas down.

They have my highest recommendation!

After my good experience with unclogging the dishwasher, I contacted Handy Plumbing Man for couple larger jobs:
- snake the sewage pipe
- install Moen shutoff valve

Quote for snaking was $600, installation $1000 (needed to reposition some pipes). That sounded high, so the very next guy I called snaked for $150 and got Moen installed for $400.
Handy Plumbing Man is probably providing good quality work - but prices just don't seem reasonable.

I had a very nice experience with this group. Called on a Monday morning and they had same-day availability. JR came with his trainee and they were on time, courteous, and friendly. They were quick at diagnosing and repairing a few leaky items for me and install a new bathroom sink faucet. JR explained everything clearly and gave me options with pricing in advance.

Quick response time, good work overall and very capable. And another nice touch: masks + shoe coverings. They didn't leave any mess. I would definitely recommend to anybody!

I had a plumbing emergency. The end of a copper fitting snapped off and I needed a quick repair. I removed the bathroom floor tiles and cut the subfloor to allow access to the copper pipe. I sent a photo to Marco and he was extremely responsive to the after-hours emergency where other plumbers didn't even answer the phone. He sent out a technician within an hour who quickly fixed the problem by adding the proper copper fittings so that I could later reset the toilet. It is important to note that their trucks are fully equipped with all the parts and tools needed to make emergency repairs. I highly recommend them for their timely, professional, and responsible service. They are also implement COVID-19 protocols to keep customers safe.

On a random Saturday evening and the water heater tray where I work was collecting water... which means that we gotta get a plumber out. ASAP.

Marco was super responsive and when I explained the situation even when there wasn't space on the schedule he managed to find a bit of wiggle room to send someone out for a service call.

His technician arrived within the quoted time frame: maintained good social distancing and PPE.

Diagnosed the issue and fixed it.

Marco and team are as honest as you can find them. Especially during an emergency when there's an opportunity to price gouge or diagnose to an even worse problem. These guys didn't do that and provided an easy and conservative solution.

Definitely will be the first plumber I call if I ever have another water or gas issue.

Marco and his team are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. They came over on a Sunday to help handle a back up problem, quickly assessed the situation and were back a couple of days later to replace our ancient pipes and provide 2 clean outs. They left the work space better than it was before they arrived. Marco is clear and communicative and set the proper expectations for the scope of the project. He also replaced a problematic toilet and is set to come back to handle another one. He has become my go to plumber.
