Manny does not have capacity for large jobs or consistent service; he is over his head. He does not appear to have employees, but uses part time workers as contractors who work after their 'real job'.

He did not complete the job he was paid for. I made a progress payment (out of our agreement and out of desperation since the work was at a stand still) and never heard from him again. He left trash in the front yard for days and never removed it.

Endless delays, never kept a schedule he was supposed to. The person he used to do the work did not understand what to do or how to since Manny does not communicate well with his 'employees' . He did not pay this contractor in a timely fashion even though I had paid him. I could go on. Stay away from this one. I'm with Amanda on her review, he is not only unlicensed but UNprofessional.

Handy Manny was great! He came out same day and installed a new kitchen faucet. Price was reasonable. I Highly recommend him.

My landscapers discovered a plumbing problem in the main line into the house and they wouldn't go further until I fixed it. Manny picked up my call right away and said he had availability today (MLK Day). He arrived a little after his estimated time window (if he had updated me on the delay it would be 5 stars). But once he got here he jumped right in and quickly gave me a fair estimate. He knocked the project out, and went above and beyond to track down a hidden kink in the line we hadn't seen yet. The price was very fair. He was friendly, tidy, & hard working. Would definitely call him back for future projects.

I had a mystery leak so i called Manny. He showed up on-time and was very friendly in showing me what/where the problem was. He quoted me a very reasonable price to replace the outside main line. I checked and he had the best price. Before back-filling, he invited me to review his work and showed me that it was repaired correctly. The guy is honest, dependable and does great work. I highly recommend him.

When I called, he said he would come to give me a free estimate. Guy was supposed to come at 4pm. Arrives nearly 1.5 hours late. Then charges me $50 for service fee. His excuse was that it normally cost $65 for him to come out. Went from free to $50. Would not recommend ever. Ripoff!!!

Edit: There seems to have been a misunderstanding. Manny refunded my money. All is well.

Can't say enough great things about manny....he is amazing. He was here within 35 mins of me calling him. He fixed my toilet.totally reasonable. Then on to the ac...my upstairs unit was put and I was getting hot...he bet the price by 200 dollars of another company. He was so nice , honest, and I had just a really great experience. I would absolutely to anyone.he is amazing!!!!!! Thanks manny...

Manny showed up with his partner within the hour to fix my broken AC unit. I was afraid the entire thing had blown but he said it was most likely the capacitor and he could fix that right now for $120. 30 min later, AC blowing cold air and the day was saved. Great service, nice guy, fair and honest. Highly recommend.
