Joey agreed to mow the grass, add mulch and pressure wash at one of my houses in Chatham for $200.

Joey mowed and added mulch, but he did not pressure wash as agreed, yet still demanded that I pay him the same $200.

When I told him that I was only going to pay him $120 as he did not do everything that we agreed on, his wife Ashley started harassing me and then went on my business page and left a defaming review.

Very unprofessional business and poor quality work.

If I could give 0 I would. My toilet smelled so I hired Handy Man Big Joe to diagnose and fix the issue. This was my first mistake. The second was not double checking his work before paying. It turned out the rubber seal needed to be replaced so he went to the hardware store to get one and spent about an hour installing it. When he left I went upstairs and found my bath towels wet and balled up on the floor. He used them to try to clean up I guess. There was also wax from the seal on EVERYTHING. THE WALLS, the toilet, my bathtub, the shower liner, the floor, MY TOWELS. He didn't even score the toilet back into the floor either, I can shift it and slide it around. I messaged the scheduler Ashley about it and she said he'd come tomorrow to fix it. Nope, not letting him in my house ever again. I asked for a partial refund because the job was awful and unfinished but she refused.
