Alex, was a life saver! We found out on Tuesday night that we had a toilet that was leaking from the bottom and spreading all across our bathroom. We had a party scheduled for Saturday with people starting to arrive on Friday. Tuesday night (around 8pm) I requested information from him, and working 10 minutes he responded. Within a half hour I had him scheduled to come in on Tuesday. He fixed the problem, replaced parts, and talked about proper maintenance.

He ensured I understood the problem and why I needed parts to be replaced. He also checked my other toilet and did not charge me again. I felt comfortable and informed on the information he gave me. He also came back early Saturday morning to ensure everything was good to go. The toilets stopped leaking and both run smoother.

Wow....I cannot believe I didn't write a review. These guys came out and did a stellar job (that was also well under everyone elses bid) for our water softener system and included a RO system for the kitchen sink. They gave plenty of options for water discharge as we did not have a drain handy. I can't recommend him enough!

SCAMMERS! !! Do Not hire it's company! Alex said he needed half the costs up front so I paid him ($2,000) up front, he showed up 4 hours late, only did 1/4 of the job, promised he would be back that weekend to finish, and haven't heard from him since. He hasn't returned and won't answer voicemails or calls

Absolute nightmare!! Paid this guy over $14,000 for a two week job that took over two months and the final product is horrible and now he refuses to fix his work. As of now I'm stuck with a new shower that is sloped wrong, does not drain and looks terrible...he used white "mortar" on a replacement tile from the first time he attempted to fix the drain...the grout in the entire shower is grey but he just grab the white mortar because it was sitting in my garage and used it...unbelievable.
During the two plus months of doing this job, he made constant excuses as to why he did not show when he said he would, rarely called to say he wasn't coming, and I wouldn't hear from him for days until I reached out. When he'd apologize and say he was coming over, it was usually for a short period, probably after he got off another job and then he'd disappear for days again until I got frustrated. He hired inexperienced and incompetent workers and failed to supervise their work resulting in the mess that I currently have. Alex is not true to his word, is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Do not hire him...you will regret it. If you do hire Alex, please do not give him any pulls on the final pay...I learned the hard way. Once he gets your money, he's gone!

We are very satisfied with the work that was performed. We had Alex and his crew re-pipe our old farm house, replacing galvanized pipe with PEX. The work was expertly done at a reasonable price. We will use his services again.

Honest and reliable service. I will definitely be using his services again. We had a pinhole copper leak that he repaired and did some troubleshooting for coming up with a diagnosis of electrolysis for which he had some reasonable solutions. I knew that this was probably the issue as this is my third pinhole leak. Definitely a good value for services supplied including Sheetrock repair and painting. It was very nice to get everything done one-stop-shop and for what I thought of as a reasonable price. I'm keeping his contact information on my phone for future needs.

By far the best handyman service in New Braunfels. They came to my house to fix and paint-over a huge mess created by a water leak in my A/C unit. Not only did they do a great job, they were very professional! They also charged ten bucks less than what my NEIGHBOR wanted to charge me! Thanks again, Lucas and gang!!
