In response to your reply to my complaint:
First on all, the receipt clearly states that I was charged the two man rate and I was never informed of the one person rate, I was just told he would adjust that to the one man rate and any reasonable person would assume the one person rate would be half the two person rate unless otherwise told. You have acknowledged the overcharge by offering, in writing a credit on future services but you won't return the amount you over charged . It was also required that I pay the balance with a check to Peter Davidson instead to the company (which he went and cashed immediately) I'm assuming to avoid reporting taxable income. Totally unprofessional. The worker he did supply appeared knowledgeable and seemed to do good work, I had no problem with him but I can't do business with a company that has as I believe and what was my experience a deceptive employee managing the affairs of this business.

My wife and I recently moved into our first home and had several demolition projects we needed help with around our home, including demolition around our fireplace mantel, turning a full height wall into a partial height wall, and removing a built-in counter. Stone and his crew were very professional, arriving at between 8 and 8:30am every morning with masks and protecting the floors where work was to be done. We had a great experience with them and will definitely plan to use them again in the future!

Very good service. They showed up on time, after sending me a text 20 minutes before. The job was done fast and efficiently and they were really nice to me.
They have also a really good follow up because I schedule my service around the labor day and they were reactive.

I personally would not recommend HHH to my friends and family. My wife and I hired HHH to demo and install some backsplash in our small condo kitchen. The gentlemen that did the work were hard working and the end result looked great. However, the management and the communication of the project was unacceptable. Management tried to charge us for the time vs the bid that was given to us for the whole project. And when we pushed back the management was condescending, combative and rude. They left the project unfinished without any kind of communication, hoping we wouldn't notice, and when we asked them to complete it they tried to charge us for the time to come out and finish the remaining work. The whole experience was incredibly unpleasant and I would recommend hiring another company.

We hired HHH to fix our dishwasher, internal door and install our cabinet doors. From the beginning, our interaction with Stone was very friendly and professional and we knew we made the right decision. The handymen came to our property and communicated their schedule to us so we knew exactly when they were coming. They followed the mask protocol and looked at the requested jobs. They were honest and told us what they could do and not do. We greatly appreciated that as they didn't do unnecessary jobs or bill us for more. They explained things well so we understood it and we could make informed decisions. Once they were done, they showed us their work and we were very happy. Stone adjusted our bill and wished us well. We highly recommend their service to others and will be using them again!

What can I say? Stone and crew are awesome. I hired them to replace a number of rotted trim boards around my windows. Shout out to Michael in particular who kept the trains moving and was just a hell of a nice guy to do business with. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat...in fact I will be to replace a number of old bathroom fans - another project that is out of my league!

The guys did a great job! I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. They arrived exactly on time. They were very efficient and did A LOT of work in two hours time - repaired 4 doors that would not close (including one that they had to completely remove and shave a little off the bottom), hung a large, heavy mirror, and completed a small fence repair. They cleaned up any messes. I will definitely call them for future projects.

Needed someone to install a complicated pivoting roller on heavy closet doors - something we couldn't imagine doing. HHH sent two top workers who efficiently and perfectly installed it within an hour. They showed up on time. We couldn't be happier. This is our second time using HHH to help us with repairs and adjustments to our home. We plan to use them again soon on upcoming work.
