Andres was highly rated by trusted friends. Did not disappoint. Scheduled appointment on next business day, arrived on schedule in spite of calling in advance to warn of a possible delay. Easy to communicate with, completed replacement of main water shutoff valve quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Patiently consulted on other issues, even re-positioned a planter when he noticed it was in danger of falling. Delighted with his work, highest recommendation.

Our garage roof suddenly started leaking and it seemed the leak was coming from the kitchen sink right above it. In a panic I called bunch of plumbers and Handy Bay was the only one to respond and show up within 30 mins of calling on late Friday afternoon. He diagnosed the issue right away (burst pipe) and had all the tools/parts to fix it right away. The water stopped and we were able to get back use of our kitchen. Without his timely help, it would have been very hard for us as we have a small baby at home.

Andres was very responsive and friendly. It was easy to setup an appointment and as he was doing the work he did a good job of explaining what he was doing. I had to replace a Hansgrohe shower handle and some of the other plumbers I talked to didn't have experience working with Hansgrohe shower/bath systems and didn't want to take on the job. Andres completed the repair with ease.

Today Andres helped me with clogged kitchen. The whole process is pretty smooth and quick. Andres is very professional: cleared the clogged water pipes using the snake machine?carefully tested the pipes with water until we are sure the clog issue is fixed?tightened all the pipes that are potentially leaking?cleaned all the dirty surfaces after the problem is fixed.

Andres is very friendly and gave me advice on how to maintain the pipes in the future. Andres is also very responsive to my messages and contacted me instantly during the weekend for this emergency issue. Thank you Andres?
