Are you like me, do you look for a company that has the most, highest rated reviews? Normally, I do that but something impressed me about the Handy Bay Plumbing reviews and we decided to take a chance on an underdog only having 7 - 5 star reviews and boy oh boy are we glad we did!

Today, we met Andres - what a great guy! Is honesty one of your core values? Then Andres is the person for you! I told him in addition to our bathroom sink being clogged, our toilet runs after you flush it. My husband and I had already bought the replacement part, thinking the fill valve needed to be replaced. Andres could have taken advantage of us by replacing the part and charging us more but instead he made a minor adjustment within 5 minutes and the toilet was fixed!

He then proceeded to snake out the sink, replaced a gasket on a leaky pipe and our bathroom sink was fully repaired!

My husband and I are more than happy with the work that Andres provided in our home today! Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!

Our garage roof suddenly started leaking and it seemed the leak was coming from the kitchen sink right above it. In a panic I called bunch of plumbers and Handy Bay was the only one to respond and show up within 30 mins of calling on late Friday afternoon. He diagnosed the issue right away (burst pipe) and had all the tools/parts to fix it right away. The water stopped and we were able to get back use of our kitchen. Without his timely help, it would have been very hard for us as we have a small baby at home.

Andres was very responsive and friendly. It was easy to setup an appointment and as he was doing the work he did a good job of explaining what he was doing. I had to replace a Hansgrohe shower handle and some of the other plumbers I talked to didn't have experience working with Hansgrohe shower/bath systems and didn't want to take on the job. Andres completed the repair with ease.

Andres came the same day which was nice. Very friendly and felt he was honest. Had a leaky shower with old faucets. He recommended replacing the whole set, but did not pressure me into doing the additional work. He fixed what I had so now I'm not in a rush to replace everything. Will definitely call him again.
