Robert has done many repair jobs at my house; ceiling fans, tv hanging (x2) , hanging patio lights, putting together a large cabinet and installing a foyer light. He is so nice and always on time and very responsive and knowledgeable!!! His prices are very reasonable and he does an amazing job!!!!

Since my first review, we have hired Robert .
to repair our side gate as the wood holding the hinges rotted. Robert and Austin installed a new 2x4 and even painted it to match the current color and rehung the gate. On another occasion they installed multiple security cameras around our home and did a quality job. We also hired Robert to clean our dryer vent at a very fair price. Recently I had a tile come loose from my roof and even though Robert doesn't normally repair roofs, he was kind enough to secure the roof tile and made sure the other tiles were secure as well, even making a run to the hardware store as I didn't have enough ""product"" on hand. Most recently, Robert worked with my schedule and installed a new ceiling fan on a Saturday and while he was here he also replaced a tub overflow gasket (I had the part) but unfortunately the old screw was too short and he went above and beyond by running to the big box store to buy a new plate with a longer screw to ensure the gasket fit correctly.

I highly recommend Robert with Handy 4 Home for any handyman services you need! Robert is professional, dependable, honest, kind, punctual and shows up when promised! His communication and customer service is exemplary, which are rare qualities to find in a company today!

Robert set a time to come out to do a couple of small jobs. He texted me that he had an opening at an earlier time and would that work for me? Sure did! He was even a tad early. He got right to work and had the jobs done in less than an hour. Very pleasant, personable man who takes pride in his work. I would definitely call him again, if I needed someone. Robert responded to my quote request the same day with an extremely reasonable price to install a toilet and a kitchen faucet. He arrived to the appointment early and was done in no time. I needed to replace my garbage disposal which was leaking water under the sink. I fix many things myself and had gone to a local plumbing supply store but they were out of the disposal I needed. I bought one from Lowe's online and then got estimates from local plumbers.
Handy4Home (Robert Hunter) gave me an online estimate. I hired Robert because I had hoped to find someone that could fix other home projects that I couldn't do, at a reasonable price, and also, he said he was completely Covid 19 vaccinated.
He was scheduled to come on a Wednesday. I appreciated that he was able to come on a Monday because of a cancellation. He arrived with his apprentice/assistant, Austin, who seemed very nice, but basically, Robert instructed Austin on how to install the garbage disposal. Robert was on the phone (taking business calls?) going back and forth to his truck and pretty much ignored me (who always is interested in seeing how projects are done and if they are done properly). Really didn't know if it had been installed properly.
After the job was done (about 45 minutes), Robert said to me, ""OK, Hon. That'll be $125."" I find calling a woman ""hon"", unprofessional and sexist.
In hindsight, I wish I had called a plumber I had used previously or had Lowe's do the installation for $99.
I won't hire Robert Hunter Handy4Home again.
