I called 2 other chain plumbing companies before calling Allen at Handling It Plumbing and they both said the job I needed done was a major issue and were going to charge accordingly, so I passed on both of them and called Allen. He made an after hours emergency visit, showed up following all Covid precautions and went right to work. Both of the gentleman that came to my home were courteous, polite and knew their craft!
It turned out to be a big job, but these professionals knocked it out in no time and left their work areas in better condition than they found them and my stains glowing freely.
I can't recommend them highly enough, do yourself a favor and skip the other guys!

It all started with the bathroom. I thought only my toilet was overflowing. I had to turn off the water to the house. Alan came over right away and he pointed out it was the pipes between the 2 bathrooms and the flood was actually started in the other bathroom. I'm super grateful. I was not without water long. He came right away.

Called, left a message at 8:30 am on a Saturday - he called me back in 10 minutes and was busy fixing my sInk later that morning. Reasonable, extremely courteous and professional. Allen has been nothing but professional! He was very prompt at making the appointment to arriving in a timely manner. Everything was discussed prior to the work being done. He started in the morning and finished by the afternoon. Everything is very clean and precise. Thank you to Allen for fixing this for us.
