I needed someone to come recaulk the seal around our tub. I say recaulk because another handyman did the work 2 months prior and did a poor job and the caulk cracked and needed to be re-done. The original handyman told me to let him know if there were any issues, but when I reached out, he completely ignored me.

After shopping around and getting a lot of quotes from handymen who were going to charge a minimum of 3 hours of work + materials + gas/travel fees for something I knew would take 20 minutes, Michael gave me a fair, all-inclusive quote that included materials and beat out all the other quotes. He also gave me a 3 month warranty on the work.

Michael responded quickly to messages and was reasonable when it came to scheduling. He showed up on time, which I can't say was the case for other handymen I've hired, and got the job done quickly and in high quality. I will not hesitate to hire him again for another job.

Michael is GREAT!!! As a woman, I'm always a bit nervous about being overcharged or being told ""I need 1000000 other things fixed"" because I don't really know what the issues are, but the prices were extremely reasonable and the service was 10/10.

I needed a few things done - my toilet fixed (the water wasn't filling up), the sink/vanity was falling off of the wall in the bathroom, and my shower/sink water was not hot. He gave me a price estimate quickly after I reached out for the first two, and said the shower/sink he would need to take a look at. He was able to come the next day and even came early! He told me exactly what was wrong and exactly what he was going to do to fix it. For the hot water issue, he diagnosed it and explained what his suspicions were. I took him down to the water heater and he was able to point out what was likely the issue based on his knowledge and that we'd probably need a new water heater. Installing new water heaters was not his area of expertise/services, but having him still be able to partly diagnose that was helpful for when I called the plumber. He was kind, attentive, professional, and just overall very helpful. Would highly recommend him for anything! Thanks again

It was the day before Thanksgiving. Everybody else was busy and nobody wanted to come. Michael was the first to respond not only did he show up on time , he went to Home Depot to pick up the materials needed to finish the job. He did an excellent job repairing everything explaining why things had to be repaired the way he did it. It was very professional, clean and courteous. I'd like to thank Michael for doing such a wonderful job everything turned out perfect when he was finished. He also cleaned up everything and left the floor spotless.
