Requested a handyman quote through Yelp and came across Handlify. Michael came by and did an assessment, and provided a very honest assessment that my broken door would require some additional parts to ensure long term safety and longevity of the fix. He provided me with clear options - leaving it to me to decide which route I wanted to go while also providing his thoughts and the costs/benefits of each option.

He did not look to charge for the estimate given that he initially provided a recommendation based on photos of the broken cabinet door. He later returned and was able to quickly address the issue in a two hour period, and after some time I am very happy with the repairs.

Michael is a solid handyman, and I was very pleased with the work he did to replace a bathroom exhaust vent. He was very responsive, with solid communication skills, very friendly, good attention to detail, consistently put safety first (checked voltages, wiring, etc), as well as reasonably priced and on time. Replacing the exhaust vent was very tricky (tight space, lots of small pieces and screws), which Michael was able to handle pretty efficiently.

I asked him to take a look at a sagging shower door at the end, and he was more than willing to take a quick look, no questions asked.

All in all, one of the better handyman I have encountered. Highly recommended!

Mikhail was awesome and very nice. My toilets were leaking, and I needed to replace the flush valves in 2 toilets, and he responded immediately. His labor cost was very reasonable, and he did a very good job. He does all house jobs, including electrical and i will definitely call him for other projects.
