Prompt and efficient, very pleasant to deal with. Hamzeh came out immediately to look at the garbage disposal and tracked the problem down to a piece of transparent plastic rattling around inside which we couldn't see! I found Hamzeh on Yelp and could not be happier. I have an under concrete leak or so I thought. As you can imagine any plumbing issue for a homeowner is a nightmare and a possible under foundation one is even worse. He came out right away as well as answering his own phone as other have stated. He did a lot of investigation to determine where/what my issues were. At this point he recommended that I contact American Leak Detection (I left another positive review about them) to determine where my leak was occurring. I highly recommend Hamzeh due to his expertise, demeanor and prompt response.

I needed something fixed in my shower in my condo and called Stephen Plumbing Services. The number was answered by Bell Plumbing. When they came out someone from Smelly Mel's Plumbing showed up. They gave me an estimate and I felt it was high plus I wasn't sure what company I was actually dealing with. I called around to get a few more estimates so I called First Call Plumbing. They were 'too busy' and brushed me off. Then I called James Caccia Plumbing and their receptionist told me they don't do any work in HOA buildings.

I called Hamzeh Plumbing and to my surprise, Hamzeh himself answered the phone. I described the problem and sent him a few pictures. He understood what the problem was and was at my place later that morning. He fixed the problem and charged my much less that what I was previously quoted along with a one year warranty.

Hamzeh is a great guy and promptly fixed my problem. I always prefer to support smaller companies (or the individual in this case). I highly recommend him for plumbing work on the peninsula.

Terrific response! Excellent professional! I waited for another 5 star plumbing co. in San Mateo to return my call from the previous day then a second the same day. I gave up! I contacted Hamzeh and was fortunate that he had time to repair the gas valve of my furnace within less than an hour! Terrific to know the gas out let in my home is safe thanks to Hamzeh's work. I highly recommend Hamzeh Plumbing! I called him for the first time yesterday to ask if he could clear a blocked sewer line this morning. He was here at the agreed time, quickly figured out what the problem was, set to work, and fixed it quickly. He is very knowledgeable, very hard working, and very pleasant. His price was also very reasonable. I am delighted to have found such a capable plumber who is so easy to work with.

What can I say folks. Hamzeh is the real deal. I called him about a leak I had from our kitchen sink which penetrated into our basement below. He answered my call and told me he had a couple of jobs scheduled but would get back to me when he was done. Sure enough, he called back and was at my house within a couple of hours and immediately went to work when I showed him the problem. After probing around he discovered the leak was at the riser and penetrating under the foundation, a very costly repair. Hamzeh however, had a plan B and was able to solve the problem at a quarter of the cost. Our kitchen sink has never been better and he saved us from having any future major damage to our foundation. He's a man that loves his job and it shows. He is precise and very knowledgeable in the plumbing field. Not only did he fix our major problem but he also replaced all the pipes to our washing machine basin without us telling him to. What really caught my attention was when he told my wife and I not to worry and that he would take care of the problem. He is a man of his word. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I contacted two other plumbers with high Yelp ratings before I called Hamzeh to deal with a gas leak. The first plumber came out and gave me a ridiculously high estimate, the second sent two people who didn't seem to know what to do and didn't even bring a gas detector. When I told Hamzeh over the phone what the situation was, he understood immediately, gave me a estimate, squeezed in time for us, and showed up when he said he would. The leak was more complicated, Hamzeh identified another issue that definitely would have been a big problem soon. Not only is he an excellent plumber, he is a decent and delightful person. Hamzeh is my go to guy - I am very grateful I found him.
