I had a partial power outage, just my fridge and 2 other outlets. Was so dang confused. Called up Cecilia's and they were able to send an electrician out the same day. Thank god they did, the electrician found the problem very quickly. The previous homeowners told me they replaced all the outlets...low and behold they didn't replace the one behind the fridge and it had obviously caught fire.

I loved how the gentleman who came out actually took the time to show me the problem, and show me what he was doing. That's always a really good sign in my book, when they actually spend time showing the customer the plan. He showed me the burnt outlet, the melted wires, and the process of repair. He had to run out to buy new supplies but was overall very prompt, courteous, and efficient. Saved me from a potentially scary problem in the future! Reasonably priced for the repair of the burnt out socket, removal, and up-to-code replacement. I think it was around $130.

I put a call in on a Saturday. My call was returned quickly and an appointment for my plumbing job was set for the very next day. I told Micheal that I needed to have three bathroom faucets in my house replaced as well as some other things. I was assured that the tech could handle the various plumbing issues. The technician came with a mask. He was easy to talk to and attended to each or my concerns. He worked quickly and cleanly. The pricing was fair and transparent. I will be having them back to work on electrical issue as well other areas in my house. I am hopeful that the future interactions will be just as pleasant productive!

We called Cecilia's for a clogged sink and slow draining tub. Michael was super quick and did a great job! He told us about some issues with our shower And we decided to go through with the work. Once the parts came in, Cecelia's got us on the schedule the next day. Michael came back and completed the work, and our shower is now working better than ever. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave online reviews however; this company is the exception. I had been looking through multiple companies for help in repairing my shower bed and tile (there was a leak and the whole thing needed to be redone from the ground up). I could not be more grateful to have found this company.

The pricing I was given was more than fair. I feel as though they were a genuine family company that actually understood not every family is beyond rich. As a first time home owner I was able to pay for services without having to pull out a major loan for the repairs. Other companies were literally trying to rob me blind to where I wondered if I could ever get my showered repaired.

The day of our appointment Anthony and his crew (Clint) came out 15 minutes before our appointment time. They also came out ready to work. Right now. No hesitations (I did not expect this). They explained the whole procedure to me so that I could be a knowledgeable homeowner. Any questions I had Anthony and Clint guided me through the process.

As the repairs started, each day Clint and George gave a heads up before they were coming. They arrived promptly on time each day without any wasted time. They were very respectful of my house and laid down floor coverings so that they did not damage my carpet. They were some serious hard workers. They did an amazing job and the work is superb. Not to mention, they were clean. They made sure and cleaned everything and left me a working shower in excellent condition.

I am beyond grateful to have found an honest legit company who is professional and reliable. I will absolutely be coming to them as the years come along for any future projects or needed repairs. Most importantly.....I now have a master bathroom shower again! This will be so much better rather than a family of 4 trying to cram into one small bathroom.

The technicians were very prompt and friendly. They did amazing work, and the pricing is very fair, I'm only docking a star because they left a bit of a mess. I found a broken screw on my floor, dry wall dust everywhere in the bathroom, which is to be expected because they installed an exhaust fan, but my sink drain was full of dry wall bits, and I think one of the technicians had a pencil sticking out of his pocket because there are pencil marks all over my walls now. Also, I think one of the technicians must have cut him self because I wiped a bunch of blood smears off the walls. Everything else was great though, and they were very professional and friendly.

We have now used Cecilia's Home Repairs twice. Both times they defied expectations. High quality work at a more than reasonable price. Both times, they were able to be out within 24 hours, arrived before the scheduled BUT they did text/call to make sure it was ok, worked quickly and efficiently. The gentleman, Anthony, came out both times and did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be more pleased with this company. We will definitely be utilizing them for future project and repairs as necessary.

We were having issues with a gas smell in our house. I contacted to company via Yelp messaging to get an idea of what could be the cause. 2 days after messaging we had a technician, Anthony, come out to our house on a Sunday! I received a 2 hour window originally and then the day if I recurved a text message with a much shorter window of 30 minutes! And it included a picture of our technician, I really appreciated that for safety reasons! After our appointment, we believe we found the cause! I also had to reach out following our appointment on yelp messaging and the owner responded very quickly even tho it was after normal business hours!

Immediate turnaround on every single job I've had them do and their quality of work is second to none. My toilet and bathtubs all got backed up, it was a Sunday morning, I had some friends over, my wife was crying, and I thought I might not be able to get help until Monday. I checked out Yelp and I saw the good reviews on Cecilia. I got a quick response and a technician, Tony, came to my house the same day and not a long wait! He got the problem solved quickly. I told him about a couple of other things while he was there and he fixed them too! Quickly and a very reasonable price. Definite recommend!
