Knocked over pressure tank with tractor. Again Tucker arrived in a couple of hours and repaired the piping. He also installed a badly needed seal, replaced the electrical components and added a top section of casing. All upgrades were planned and prepared for but precipitated by the broken piping. Excellent, timely, quality work at a reasonable price. In addition he provided sound advice on related pump house construction, generator and water purification issues.

Great customer service and quality workmanship. I would highly recommend using Hammond for every aspect of your Well issues!!

Absolutely A+++ service. Came out same day and spent a lot of time helping us. Great service at an amazing price. We truly appreciate them. Such nice people. Thank you so much!

My pressure tank was acting up. I callled Hammond's. He was there in 2 hours! He fixed the problem and sent the bill via messaging.

Very nice owner and son work quickly and assess well. From what I hear, the cost was very reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

While on vacation I saw on my security cameras that our sprinklers were not working. Being July I knew I would lose the lawn. I called Jim at Hammond's, he answered, went out that afternoon and repaired the pressure switch and got the holding tank booster pump back up and running. He also trouble shot the system and found out 1 of 3 pressure tanks was bad. We are so thankful to Jim and his son for handling that so fast so we can enjoy our vacation. Thanks Jim, 5 stars to Hammonds!

Jim Hammonds is a life saver. I'm writing this review for my mom. On July 3 her water stopped running. She has a well, large water tank, filtration system, and two water pumps. One for the well and one to supply water to the house from the water tank. When the water stopped, the tank was dry, and it was difficult to tell which system had failed, because they all seemed to be working.
My sister and her husband had purchased a pump from Hammonds and were happy with him, so I gave Jim a call on the 4th of July. I was expecting for him to come out sometime the next week since it was a holiday weekend. I made the call in the morning around 10am, and Jim said ""I'm just finishing a job and I'll be out in a half hour.
Jim came out in the time promised and in less than 20 minutes figured out what the problem was, which equipment had failed, and gave a very reasonable estimate for the entire job. He was given the job.
The well pump was seizing up, the pump saver was not working properly, and the electronic pump switch needed to be replaced, because Jim was replacing the 3/4hp pump with a 1hp pump. In less than a couple of hours Jim and his helper had pulled and replaced the well pump, installed a new pump switch and pump saver.
Because the supply tank was empty there was not enough water in it to prime the supply pump to the house, so there was no house water until the tank got enough in it. At about 6pm there was still not much water in the tank, so I called Jim to ask what to do next. He said ""I'll be right out"". He came out and checked everything over, and came to the conclusion that he would need to recalibrate the pump saver once the well had more water. He said ""I'm going to go to town to take my wife out for some ice cream"". It was just dark enough that I didn't even see his wife in the truck.
Jim told me that they would come back in a few hours to see if there was enough water in the well to calibrate the pump saver. At 9:45pm Jim called to let me know that they went to see the Fireworks at the Fairgrounds and would be out about 10:30 to calibrate the pump saver.
The next morning the tank had enough water in it and the house had water again. I called Jim again to let him know everything was working, and to once again profusely thank him for his help on a holiday weekend.
Wow. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and very reasonable. He is down to earth, and just a really good person. His dedication to his customers is way above the call of duty. I can't speak highly enough of him. Once again THAK YOU JIM!
