Never use this Plumbing Company. I had a leak in my water service. To schedule an appointment, I had to provide my credit card number, the expiration date and the 3 digit code from the back of card. They gave me a 5 hour service window from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. I never heard from the company after waiting at home 5 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, MY BAD!

Hammer Plumbing was the company that was hired by escrow to certify the septic system at a house my Son was buying. After 3 days of back and forth they claimed the Septic tank was good. Escrow closed on the 11th ! After moving in on the 13th , with in 24 hours the front yard was flooded with feces , toilet paper and whatever else. The bath tub was full of a brown liquid and toilets backed up( the 14th). My realtor got involved and demanded they come out. They sent a tech out that snaked the line from the house to the septic and charged 290.00. Today is the 17th (3 days latter and the same issue is there!) Bath tub and toilets full of crap, Front yard flooded.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! The owners excuse was the tech was fired who certified the septic. He also could not verify that the system was tested. And they said their cameras were broken to see if there was blockages. So They charged Escrow for the Septic Inspection. And they charged my Son for flushing the lines. But they still have the SAME PROBLEM that exist before they closed ESCROW.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! I will call every realtor intown and tell them NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!

Their beaten up service trucks look they've all been sideswiped/or they sideswiped other vehicles. We contacted them because a trusted HVAC recommended them, but they never showed up!

This business deserves five stars! There are so many companies out there that have no sense of customer service or accountability, which can cause more grief. So it was refreshing to find this business which is strong in their customer service.

Plumbing is a tough business. And I had a job that ended up taking an excessive amount of work due to a series of unfortunate events that were really no one's fault or intention.

The crew at Hammer Plumbing were really good about getting the job done despite all the complications. They erred on the side of putting the customer first, and I found their responsiveness and communication to be great the whole way, which helped to minimize my own frustration. They went above and beyond in their service!

This is a family type business with very fair pricing. I do recommend them, and will be keeping them on my home maintenance/repair list.

A technician (Juan) came out 10/1/2021 to pump the system. We thought we knew where the tank was but it turns out it wasn't where we thought it was. Juan suggested we have someone back to scope the line to locate the tank. We didn't want to hold Juan up on a Friday afternoon so we decided to make an appointment for the following week. Juan came back a few minutes later and said he found an old photo of our yard from previous work. He knew exactly where the tank was. He suggested we add a riser to make future pumping easier. We agreed and I called Hammer to schedule an appointment for 10/6/2021. The appointment was made to pump and add a riser. Juan showed up Monday morning 10/6. He dug down to the tank and pumped. All good so far. Very efficient. He said the plumber would be there shortly to install the riser. He even texted saying the plumber would be there ASAP. Three hours later no one was showing up. I called Hammer and they told me they were too busy and they never knew I wanted a riser installed. That was the whole point of the appointment! Meanwhile there's a big hole in my yard and the septic tank is open with no lid on it! I told them to just come back and replace the lid and fill the hole. They came back and filled the hole. When I paid they charged an additional fee for locating the tank! They knew exactly where it was. Clients occasionally ask for referrals for septic pumping. I will never again refer Hammer.

The office communication was terrible, i schedule an appointment and was not told about the billing process with a sale or escrow until day of, Called again for an appt a month later was not schedule or kept, Was told i didnt speak to them, they didnt have any notes, which i called and left for them, was told something was up or fishy on my end, like i was trying to scam them, what a joke of a company.

Referred to Hammer by a highly rated plumber. Scheduling, timeliness and technician get 5 stars. Equipment, prices and results get 1 star. 2 Days, 2 toilets, $790 and only one fixed. Replacement works in one toilet took 2 days and special trip for parts on day 2. Clear roots in other failed because the cutting attachment on snake was broken--only one blade. Learned this yesterday at Home Depot searching for solution to clear section of root left lodged in waste line. There I saw an intact cutting auger tool. Other equipment issues not worth detailing.
$790 for results I could have achieved myself with $40 parts.

Bad with gas lines. Their area seems to be sewer and septic. I learned the hard way.

No stars if that would have been possible. Cost was double what was quoted because they ""made a mistake and are only human"" but didn't bother to call back BEFORE the work was done when the realized theY had made THE mistake. Horrible attitude by Josh and will never ever use them again.

After trying to deal with another company for home warranty work, we decided to take a cash out and work with someone we know will be there when we need them. Hammer is the place.

I don't think we'll ever work with another company again. They are honest, give you a reasonable price and are quick.
