I'm trying to get an emergency service on a repair that Hammer did a few weeks ago. We have literal s**t flowing under our house. Hammer repaired this before we moved in and it is now doing the same thing. Our house smells...this can't be healthy and they said they can't come out for 5-6 days. When my mom called back they said they could be there tomorrow but only to see if it was their problem. Really!?
Their problem...what are the chances that the exact same problem in the exact same spot is not their problem? The girl on the phone told me that there are a bunch of people needing service that have poop under their homes. Really? Is this some sort of weird California thing? I can't even stay in my own home it smells so bad not to mention that I am breathing in unhealthy gases. Don't they have people who do emergency calls? Or work past 5:00? I need help today!
