Yes they are very professional and respectful at Hamm & Son. I had dealt with this company before with my job. But this is my first time to use them for something personal in my home. The plumber arrived at the time that I was given. When he got here I showed him the kitchen sink faucet and he got right to work. He got my old faucet out and replaced it was a new one in no time at all. Their pricing is very reasonable and worth the price of the service provided. I definitely recommend this company for your plumber need. You will be taken care of and happy with the company and service.

We use Hamm & Sons exclusively for all of our services and repairs. We really like Doug, although every technician we've had has been wonderful. Bridget is outstanding in getting you an appointment as quickly as possible. They arrive when promised, the charges are fair, and most importantly, we trust them. They are taking great care of our older home. Highly recommend!

I called Hamm and sons in the early afternoon on a recent thursaday because my hot water heater was leaking. They were able to do a service call the next day and determined I needed a new heater. They were able to install one that day so that we had hot water through the weekend an beyond. I have used them for 19 years for service on my sump pump and back up pump. When our water heater died, I called Hamm & Sons around 8AM. By mid afternoon they had installed a new water heater. That's service you can't beat. Ryan and Doug were friendly and efficient. They did great work.

These guys rock. Called and was scheduled next day; they came out and attempted repair on a leaking bathtub overflow but couldn't eliminate the leak completely (had a bathtub fitted over the original, and the leak wasn't in the plumbing). Ryan was honest, informative, and presented all options - leaving me with a stronger sense of what to try next and how to resolve my issue. Best of all, the price was incredibly reasonable for the work performed. I can't recommend these guys enough - if you have plumbing needs, give them a call - you won't be disappointed.
