I had use this company in the past and they have been good. Evidently they guy has way too much work to take on any more. I called for an estimate and was told I'd have an email the next day. Ten days later I called back and he told me he would send it when he got home that night. Over a month later and I'm still waiting......

Vernon showed up for me on a SUNDAY! Dealing with a clogged sewer line between the upper and lower floor of my house was causing the water to leak down the walls of my lower level bathroom and sewage was filling up the bathtub upstairs. Not a fun Sunday. Vernon showed up, educated me and my husband about the issue at hand (making sure that we completely understood) and quickly got to work to fix it. Not only is he super knowledgeable but so, so nice. Exactly what I look for in a professional. He also offered advice about a separate issue in our home which goes above and beyond what he was called out to do. Call these guys if you want excellent, honest service. I will be using them from now on!

Had our second time working with Hamilton today. The first time was for a water heater. Today, Vernon came out to fix a plumbing problem. He responded in a timely manner. He was straight to the point no B.S on what needed done. Point price was fair for what needed to be done. Quick but thorough service.
We would definitely recommend this company!

My faucet in my bathtub had to be replaced because
I could not access my shower properly. The water
cane out of the faucet & shower @ the same time.
I asked 2 other plumbers to fix it but since it was a
small job they were not interested. I called Hamilton
after reading the reviews & was so very happy it was
fixed that I can shower with the full amount of water.
Plus, I received an estimate on another project down
the road. A true learning experience.

We had just bought our first house and with the changing weather our heat came on for the first time, or what we thought was heat. After a few days of thinking something may be wrong, we called Hamilton and they were able to come out the same day. The tech, Vernon, was extremely nice and explained everything so we understood. He was able to narrow a few issues we were having down fairly quickly and fixed them while he was there. Now we have a very comfortably (heated) home. I will definately be calling them again for any HVAC and plumbing work.

Had an issue where I stupidly left my hose connected to the outside faucet all year and it was stuck and impossible to get off. I contacted Hamilton Plumbing and they sent Mitch to do the repair. Ended up I needed to get a new faucet and copper pipe into the house. Mitch was knowledgeable quickly quoted the price, fixed the problem and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Hamilton plumbing without hesitation- great honest plumbers.

I called on either a Monday or Tuesday to confirm my appointment because we were having issues with the ac and they had Vernon call me back. He said he could come out the same day and he did. I thought he would say no because we had a really bad storm but he still made it out. He was very knowledgeable and give us options. We ended up needing to get a whole new system and they were able to come out that Saturday to install it. The team that came out did a great job as well. I was telling Vernon about another issue (roof issue) I had at my other house and Vernon even referred me to someone who could help me. We are very pleased with the work and now have a hvac AND plumber to use from now on. I highly recommend this company!

Great service, very responsive and only fixed what needed to be fixed at a fair price. I had a pinhole leak in my hot water expansion tank and a rusted out turn off on a basement sink. They replaced the tank and showed me how to turn off the sink water, I was turning it to far. Vernon was great, I am sure to be using them again soon!

My plumber had retired after 30 years of taking care of our needs.
Searched Yelp and found Hamilton plumbing. Local business with good reviews. I called and was told the plumber would call me back. Vernon called me back within 2 hours we set up for him to come the next day. He showed up as promised and replaced a kitchen faucet and reset a toilet that the flange had rusted out. Very reasonably priced. I had a water heater that was beyond it's expiration date.
Set up a date for the following week. Vernon called me on Tuesday morning as promised. He was at my house on time. Had everything he needed for the job and did a great job. In my younger day I would have done this work myself. Nice to see a professional show up on time. Do quality work at a reasonable price. I now have a a new plumber for the next 30 years.
