I called in on a Thursday morning and Vernon told me he could stop by that afternoon too check out my A.C unit. He explained things where regular folk can understand not only what the problem was but had three different solutions and fair prices for each. They always respond and are on time. It's a family owned company so the owners are the ones actually who will do the job for you. The prices are upfront and they make an effort to show up as early as they can and completes the job the same day.

The owner of this company never returned my call to reschedule a service after he was unable to make our first appointment. He has a lot of jobs and it appears he did not need another one. He said to me on our original call that he was not 24/7 and due to how small his company was, he was not able to always respond quickly. I felt that he was talking me out of using his company. I ended up calling another company and they responded the same day, plus they were also cheaper (Hamilton charges $129 just to come out and his maintenance contract was $280/year, the other company charged $79 to come out, which was credited for the service they provided, and the contract was $200/year).

He takes the time to talk to you about the aftermath of the problem, as well as gives advice on how to avoid it in the future. He's always responded within hours of my call. I had use this company in the past and they have been good. Evidently they guy has way too much work to take on any more. I called for an estimate and was told I'd have an email the next day. Ten days later I called back and he told me he would send it when he got home that night. Over a month later and I'm still waiting......

Vernon showed up for me on a SUNDAY! Dealing with a clogged sewer line between the upper and lower floor of my house was causing the water to leak down the walls of my lower level bathroom and sewage was filling up the bathtub upstairs. Not a fun Sunday. Vernon showed up, educated me and my husband about the issue at hand (making sure that we completely understood) and quickly got to work to fix it. Not only is he super knowledgeable but so, so nice. Exactly what I look for in a professional. He also offered advice about a separate issue in our home which goes above and beyond what he was called out to do. Call these guys if you want excellent, honest service. I will be using them from now on!
