We had just bought our first house and with the changing weather our heat came on for the first time, or what we thought was heat. After a few days of thinking something may be wrong, we called Hamilton and they were able to come out the same day. The tech, Vernon, was extremely nice and explained everything so we understood. He was able to narrow a few issues we were having down fairly quickly and fixed them while he was there. Now we have a very comfortably (heated) home. I will definately be calling them again for any HVAC and plumbing work.

Had an issue where I stupidly left my hose connected to the outside faucet all year and it was stuck and impossible to get off. I contacted Hamilton Plumbing and they sent Mitch to do the repair. Ended up I needed to get a new faucet and copper pipe into the house. Mitch was knowledgeable quickly quoted the price, fixed the problem and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Hamilton plumbing without hesitation- great honest plumbers.

I called on either a Monday or Tuesday to confirm my appointment because we were having issues with the ac and they had Vernon call me back. He said he could come out the same day and he did. I thought he would say no because we had a really bad storm but he still made it out. He was very knowledgeable and give us options. We ended up needing to get a whole new system and they were able to come out that Saturday to install it. The team that came out did a great job as well. I was telling Vernon about another issue (roof issue) I had at my other house and Vernon even referred me to someone who could help me. We are very pleased with the work and now have a hvac AND plumber to use from now on. I highly recommend this company!

Great service, very responsive and only fixed what needed to be fixed at a fair price. I had a pinhole leak in my hot water expansion tank and a rusted out turn off on a basement sink. They replaced the tank and showed me how to turn off the sink water, I was turning it to far. Vernon was great, I am sure to be using them again soon!

My plumber had retired after 30 years of taking care of our needs.
Searched Yelp and found Hamilton plumbing. Local business with good reviews. I called and was told the plumber would call me back. Vernon called me back within 2 hours we set up for him to come the next day. He showed up as promised and replaced a kitchen faucet and reset a toilet that the flange had rusted out. Very reasonably priced. I had a water heater that was beyond it's expiration date.
Set up a date for the following week. Vernon called me on Tuesday morning as promised. He was at my house on time. Had everything he needed for the job and did a great job. In my younger day I would have done this work myself. Nice to see a professional show up on time. Do quality work at a reasonable price. I now have a a new plumber for the next 30 years. OMG I can't thank Vernon enough for making time to fix our AC. We called in the morning. He came by around 4:30 and fixed it within 15 minutes. Wonderful. I highly recommend his services. I know he was swamped with calls on the Tuesday after Labor Day weekend and with it being a very hot day. And he was headed to more calls after us trying to take care of as many people as he can. I will keep his card and call him for a new unit sometime in the next year.

I do not understand how these people are still in business?? Called them up for a simple repair, whoever picked up the phone took almost 10 minutes to take all my information asking 1000 questions, just to let me know someone was going to call for scheduling. Never called or showed up, not a courtesy call or anything. I wish I could put 0 stars. Good luck

Vernon and his team were great! We had a huge A/C job, moving duct work, adding a compressor outside, adding a heat pump and humidifier, and removing our over 30 year old A/C unit. Vernon discussed our options with us, told us what he would do if it were his house and didn't try to oversell us something. He was very down to earth and knowledgeable about the work. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

The only plumber I use. I have had Vernon to my house about 7 times for leaky pipes, various installations, etc. Every time I have called, he has come out the same day, even if it is after regular hours. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and speedy service. Each time I call, I become more comfortable and confident knowing my problem will be professionally resolved.
