How was extremely helpful. He answered the phone message. I left by the end of the day, gave a firm date for coming to the house to repair some plumbing problems and was there at that date on time. His work was excellent, and his rates were reasonable.

Our main water pipe burst down stairs and water got shut off quick but it burst in two spots!

After I called Hal's Plumbing Hal returned the call and left a voicemail with his cell phone number. I called him back, and he said he would come out the next morning. He he told me approximately how much the cost would be to replace the wax ring underneath the toilet. It was reasonable.

He arrived on time the next morning and brought in his tools and parts to do the job. He knew exactly what he was doing. He had the toilet apart within 15 minutes of his arrival. He completed the job within 30 minutes and charged me what he had estimated.

I would highly recommend Hal's Plumbing for any plumbing work that may be needed.

Called Hal's this morning and left a message about a water heater replacement. I got a quick call back from them and they were in the house within 2 hours to do the work. They spent less than 1 hour in the house, disconnecting, installing the new one, and hauling the old one away. It looks like a father/son team. Very professional and the rate for the work performed was lower than my expectation. I don't see any reviews here which surprises me. If anyone is looking for a plumber, give these guys a call first. Highly recommend!
