I can't say enough good about Halo plumbing. I had a huge job, very stressful but Kurt talked me through it and explained everything step-by-step. So professional and considerate. His apprentice Gideon likewise was very considerate and professional. I decided on halo plumbing because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. I hope Matt appreciates what good employees he has. Thank you for making a very unpleasant job more tolerable.

Extremely satisfied with the work done. Was quoted the price for the water heater replacement. Great job. Also had them fix a faucet to the tub which turned out to be the faucet valve. Total replacement. Good job....just mildly shocked at the price for that. I'll get a quote for that next time.

My property manager hired Halo to do work on my rental in AZ. They came out twice for two different jobs. Twice my bill was really high. The first bill was about $2500 and the second bill was almost $1600. I made 6 attempts to call them to inquire about the invoice and no one has called me back. Every time I called, they assured me that someone would call me back but no one. It was almost as if they were trying to avoid talking about the invoice. Still until this day (3/30/21)I have not gotten a call me back. I've tried over a month. Hence, this is why am writing this bad review. They are very quick to collect your money but when there are questions regarding the bill nobody would answer it. Very unprofessional

Man where do I start... Not to mention names of the previous company however I've been dealing with my home warranty for over 3 months trying to get this matter resolved. I've had a leaky faucet that they could not figure out It took a service tech three times to finally come out and say we need to replace the entire valve. Well the problem with this situation was that they wanted to blow out a 3 foot by 3 ft hole in my shower that would not be covered and it was up to me to find another contractor to do that labor. I figured at this point I might as well call and get a second opinion. I've heard great things about Halo plumbing so I reached out spoke to the owner He mentioned that they don't need to cut a big hole like that to replace the valve and they have a panel that they can use to prevent all that damage. I agree to have a plumber come out from his company to fix this issue. When the plumber showed up he took one look at the shower said you don't need to do any of that It looks like you just have a bad cartridge honestly it took him one shot to look at it and figure out the problem. Needless to say he fixed it within 30 minutes and I haven't had an issue since. I can assure you I will no longer deal with anyone else but halo plumbing for any of my plumbing needs these guys are professional clean honest and on point. And very fair with pricing thank you to Matt and his team of professionals you earned my business for life.

Today Alonzo from Halo come to install a garbage disposal. He is efficient, on time and has great customer service skills. I have scheduled him to return next week to fix some plumbing issues in a shower.
Very reasonably priced.
Wish I would have found Halo sooner.

Great service and dedicated. I needed to replace a piece of the main valve and the Plummer called several stores in order to find it. Some stores told us that it's going to take about a week to this part to arrive, so he called additional stores to find it faster.

Was referred to Halo by a contractor friend (which was already a good sign), for a leaking hot water heater. Halo set a time to come out quickly and replaced the unit within no time. The price was 1/2 the cost of other places I had talked to and did not include a crazy charge for coming quickly. Within a few months we had sold the home and moved, our new house had a water heather that might be suitable for a studio apartment- I called Halo to talk about a tankless water heater. I was given information for a brand I was not familiar with but after reading reviews and talking to Halo we felt comfortable moving forward (BTW the unit is amazing and better than everything I had read online). It took nearly a whole day to get the unit in but Halo was honest about helping us change the location of our water heater for a better hot supply and cost (because they do care about the cost!). As a Veteran family we also really appreciate companies who employ and support Veterans. I highly recommend Halo to anyone and everyone. Lease a message for the office - she really does call back quickly! Thank you Halo for being our go to for all plumbing, it feels good to know we can trust Halo and not searching for honest and reliable people.

I contacted Halo upon the recommendation of a friend, and I am very happy I did.

I had contacted ANOTHER plumber first to address our kitchen drain not draining properly and was quoted a price in the vicinity of $550, based upon what looked like the need to have the drain jetted out.

This OTHER plumber (one with an ""A"" rating on Angie's List) suggested to us that the stoppage was caused by a build-up of cats' fur in our washer. He also suggested that a camera be used in order to check whether there were other issues in our plumbing. (Yes, there is a reason for mentioning these things, which I'll discuss.) Because their jetting apparatus would not be available until the next day, I ended up calling Halo.

Not only did the plumber, Mike, from Halo come out the next day per my request (Matt, Halo's owner, offered to send someone the same day, but I declined,) but it ended up that jetting was unnecessary and that snaking the drain fixed the problem. And the cost was $450 less than the quote by the other company.

Moreover, Mike explained that the construction of the sink plumbing was the issue (unnecessary to detail here) and not the cats' fur picked up in our washer. So, no need for a camera from the OTHER plumber to pick up problems that may not have existed, nor washer problems equally non-existent. In fact, this confirmed my suspicion that the OTHER plumber was going to try to use fear in order to expand/up-sell the scope of the job, as another reviewer noted happened with her. Halo kept the job to its original scope and addressed the job completely, quickly, cleanly and inexpensively.

Halo is now our go-to plumber for any future plumbing issues we might have, and we will recommend them without hesitation to others.

I would just like to add that as far as people who've left one-star reviews of Halo based upon irrelevant issues, such as what those reviewers saw (or think they saw) in driving situations, you need to find something better to do with your time, as your so-called review has nothing to do with the actual SERVICE Halo offers. If Halo was, say, a limousine or taxi service, reviewing driving would be appropriate, but it's inappropriate for a plumbing service.

Top Notch, I am a landlord and I have a single family home which had roots in a toilet and another plumbing company came out who tried to scare me and up sell me and wanted to break the concrete, make a big hole in the house which had tile and said they would finance this project and it would cost thousands of dollars, and they could not give me an estimate until they starting breaking concrete. I sent the plumber away.

I called Halo plumbing and researched their reviews, one review said they were tradesman not salesman and I knew this could be a good company. Halo did not try to scare me and up sell me, they were able to cut the roots in a non invasive way for a reasonable amount of money. Honest, clean good company...thank you ""Halo"" for your integrity!
