Recommended Customer Reviews

I contacted Halo upon the recommendation of a friend, and I am very happy I did.
I had contacted ANOTHER plumber first to address our kitchen drain not draining properly and was quoted a price in the vicinity of $550, based upon what looked like the need to have the drain jetted out.
This OTHER plumber (one with an ""A"" rating on Angie's List) suggested to us that the stoppage was caused by a build-up of cats' fur in our washer. He also suggested that a camera be used in order to check whether there were other issues in our plumbing. (Yes, there is a reason for mentioning these things, which I'll discuss.) Because their jetting apparatus would not be available until the next day, I ended up calling Halo.
Not only did the plumber, Mike, from Halo come out the next day per my request (Matt, Halo's owner, offered to send someone the same day, but I declined,) but it ended up that jetting was unnecessary and that snaking the drain fixed the problem. And the cost was $450 less than the quote by the other company.
Moreover, Mike explained that the construction of the sink plumbing was the issue (unnecessary to detail here) and not the cats' fur picked up in our washer. So, no need for a camera from the OTHER plumber to pick up problems that may not have existed, nor washer problems equally non-existent. In fact, this confirmed my suspicion that the OTHER plumber was going to try to use fear in order to expand/up-sell the scope of the job, as another reviewer noted happened with her. Halo kept the job to its original scope and addressed the job completely, quickly, cleanly and inexpensively.
Halo is now our go-to plumber for any future plumbing issues we might have, and we will recommend them without hesitation to others.
I would just like to add that as far as people who've left one-star reviews of Halo based upon irrelevant issues, such as what those reviewers saw (or think they saw) in driving situations, you need to find something better to do with your time, as your so-called review has nothing to do with the actual SERVICE Halo offers. If Halo was, say, a limousine or taxi service, reviewing driving would be appropriate, but it's inappropriate for a plumbing service.

Worst plumbing company as they don't know what they were doing and over charging with bad attitude. Never use them again.

Top Notch, I am a landlord and I have a single family home which had roots in a toilet and another plumbing company came out who tried to scare me and up sell me and wanted to break the concrete, make a big hole in the house which had tile and said they would finance this project and it would cost thousands of dollars, and they could not give me an estimate until they starting breaking concrete. I sent the plumber away.
I called Halo plumbing and researched their reviews, one review said they were tradesman not salesman and I knew this could be a good company. Halo did not try to scare me and up sell me, they were able to cut the roots in a non invasive way for a reasonable amount of money. Honest, clean good company...thank you ""Halo"" for your integrity!

We had an issue with my daughter's shower and Halo responded the same day, arrived on time and completed the repair quickly. The bill was extremely reasonable and the service was stellar. Thank you Halo, you will from here forward be my plumber of choice!

A wonderful and honest plumber, I cannot thank them enough for their honesty and diligence. Had many problems with my plumbing yet they charged me less than 150. Then he went ahead and showed me how to fix and repair the toilets and faucets in case I run into this problem again. Their motto of not being salesman is very accurate. If you want a plumber you can trust and don't want to have your wallet hurting at the end of the day I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I just want to say the I had a great experience with Danny Ozment from Halo Plumbing today. My hot water heater needed to be replaced and he did a great job. He also was very informative on some other plumbing needs that I need to pay attention to. The price was good too. It was a third less than Home Depot. I'll definitely use them and him again.

Best Plumbers in this Valley so far. These people are honest tradesman. I'm sick and tired of paying 4x the amount to other companies. They are very professional. I can't believe how low their prices are. I had a small leak in my master bathroom sink piping behind the wall. It took Matt 45 minutes to cut the wall, shut the main water off, locate the leak, cut the problem area, Solder and re-patch the wall. I thought I was going to get a $350 bill. He said the parts were $5 and labor $85.
Then I showed him my kitchen faucet leak. I thought I had to buy another expensive faucet when he advised that he can have the warranty company send the parts for my faucet and all he would charge was an hour of labor cost. I didn't blink. I said lets do it.
Thank you to Halo Plumbing for being such a honest company. Another thing I loved is that it's family owned and operated.

I've had a great experience with Halo Plumbing over the years, and this is the only place I call because the job is done right, the first time.

I have been using Halo Plumbing for the last 6 plus years. I have had everything from a broken main water line fixed, adding an additional water line to my kitchen, a redo of the plumbing in my master bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) and much more. Every time they arrived when scheduled, finished on time and completed the job above my expectation. Unfortunatley I have had problems with previous plumbing companies and I am happy to say I have nothing but wonderful experiances with Halo Plumbing. I would never consider using any one else. They go above and beyond with their service and most of all I completely trust them. I have referred them to many of my family and friends and all the feedback has been the same as mine. If you are looking for a quality job from a company you can trust to do the job right and not overcharge I would highly recommend Halo Plumbing.

I had an awful experience with this company. Matt who is apparently their decision maker seemed reluctant to do the job but scheduled it anyway. He showed up late, collected his service fee and then proceeded to tell my wife that the access door was too small for him to get a realistic idea of what the job would entail. He told her that he would need to bring a smaller person out in order to effectively diagnose the problem. That was a week ago and after repeated phone calls, messages and requests for return calls without a response I am convinced that they/he do not intend to return. If you are looking for a reputable company that makes commitments and then fulfills them, stay away from Halo.
