My friend works there and is very stressed, because Kennedy sings racist songs when she's around my friend and another employee Tony commented on African American kinky hair being soul sister braids coming from a white man I feel that is very racist. My friend has told upper management about similar comments and they have not done anything about it. I advised my friend to sue the company, because this is causing emotional stress.

Totally incompetent. They did my house. Spent a ton on having another plumber correct their mistakes.

I wasn't going to say anything but every time I go into my pantry and see that hole in the wall. I relive that day. Hallway Plumbing came out to my home. Because they have some contract with my builder. When the guy from Hallway Plumbing walks up to my door. I open it greeted him and asked a very simple question """"can you go put on a mask please before entering?"""" He replied a masked???? I said yes you know the thing that covers your nose and mouth at the same time. He said something smart walking back to his work truck but I didn't catch it. But I knew I did not want him in my home. I stayed at the door until he got back told him I did not need his services today and please leave. He continued to walked past me like I was the help. Or he pays my bills. Then he had the nerves to ask me why don't you have on a mask. I told him no I don't in my own home but it's time for you to go. He continued to walk into my kitchen go in the pantry and cut a hole in my wall. The builder had a man here as well marking nail pops. He even told the guy to do your job and leave. Then the guy from Hallway Plumbing came out the pantry and said to me it doesn't matter if you have on a mask or not you can still get covid and die. This is what pissed me off. This man had disrespected me in my own home and I had to explained to him fighting back tear why I told him to put on a mask. I, me, myself stupidly let one of these same type of men into my home and he swear he was not sick. My daughter caught covid and was in ICU 11 of 19 days in the Children Hospital. It was so bad at one point the doctors told us to call in family. So back to this day all I asked the man was to put on a masked and he walked into my home disrespected me and my family. Also gave me his bias opinions THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR NOR DESERVE. He was paid to do a job....not the rest. I called Hallway plumbing once I got myself together and spoke with Jeff. Jeff basically said sorry BUT we are short staff. We have had complaints about this same employee before and he have gotten written up. But all I heard was I don't give a dam what you say lady....oh well. We are short staff and if our employees come to your home, the enter your home after you tell them to leave, cut a hole in your wall, and disrespect you. (Shoulder shrug) oh well deal with it. Because we are going to tolerate him doing this and you should too.

Since I can't get a call back to schedule service on two separate warranty issues and my toilet is turned off, I can only provide a one star review.

I was installing a hook and hit a water line in our brand new home. Hallway was responsive and came to our aid within two hours. Will, the plumber who arrived, was quick, knowledgeable, and very very helpful. As he worked he explained what he was doing and how our systems worked. He even fixed an issue with our hot water tank. We would call him again in a heartbeat! Thanks Will and thanks Hallway Plumbing-- you salvaged what could've been a very bad night!

Full disclosure: I have worked with Hallway for years. But I'm busy and I wouldn't write this just to suck up. These folks are fantastic. They are utterly honest and they really care about doing the right thing. They've done work for me twice in the past and the work was PERFECT. The value is really good, but what's best about Hallway is that the quality is top priority and they stand behind their work.

They did a job for me recently and the service guy was nothing but helpful. Took care of all my problems. I'm going to get them back to hook up a sink in the garage.

I used the Yelp's services quote system and got a competitive bid from this company that (at the time of this writing) only had 1 review at 1 star, however a rival review site (that will remain nameless) had this company at 4 stars, so I gave them a shot. I needed a water re-circulation pump installed, a toilet replaced, and a bidet seat installed to clean my (literally) spoiled ass and they were able to send someone out in 2 days. Hallway's technician Wil was punctual, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job with installing everything. Installing the pump required cutting some copper pipe which he took care of. My bathroom now has nearly instant hot water and the toilet's working perfectly. I'll definitely use this company in the future for my plumbing needs.

The service department was a pleasure to work. The technician was on time and efficient with the job.

Hallway came out June 26th to diagnose a problem we were having with our 1 year old Rinnai tankless water heater (no hot water, ignition error message). Hallway sent out a technician who suggested we need a replacement part and will be in touch once the part was received. We followed up with the Holloway technician to confirm part was ordered on June 28th. The technician suggested his supervisor was made aware on June 27th and the part should be on the way. We followed up with the technician on June 30th to determine status of the part and received no response. We followed up with Company directly on July 3rd to receive an update on the ordered part. The operator stated she would contact service manager today for an update. Several hours went by without an update, so we called the operator back. The operator stated the service manager is on vacation for the week and will reach out to another manager. The other manager spoke with us stating he didn't know what was going on as the service manager wasn't responding to his calls, but will look into it. The other manager called us back a few hours later stating the following: * Part was not ordered * Technician who came out didn't know what part to order as he recently completed training * Service manager was needed to confirm part needed (so will need to wait until vacation was over) Really????? We've been without HOT water for a week and no progress has been made! I have three kids and taking cold showers is not something I would prefer dealing with especially with a unit approximately 1 year old. If we were to continue with this company, at this rate, it would at least be another week without hot water. Do not use them!
