I called Friday morning for a blocked pipe in my house. A plumber was there within 3 hours. He called and gave me a heads up that he was coming. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the clog pretty quickly. I will definitely use them in the future. The price was competitive as well.

I have to give some major, MAJOR kuddos to Hall's Rooter & Plumbing! Amazing company and service. Had them out a few time to help with some things and recently, our main sewer line that had a slight lip where two of the pipes met (causing blockages now and again).

Called another company to see if the previous work the previous owner's had done would be under warranty and never got a straight answer. They sent someone out to take a look and unblock it. He said he didn't see the "lip", even though Hall's already came out quite a while ago and showed it to me via the camera. After spending roughly $580-$600 (crazy!) to unblock shower and tub drains and the main line blockage (two separate visits), I got done waiting for and fussing with said company.

I email Hall's and they were amazing to work with, just like the few times before. They came out, took a look with the camera (saw the so called non-existent lip and showed me again), gave me an estimate (which was incredibly reasonable) and I scheduled the work to be done. The tech came out promptly, told me what he was doing and would be doing. Great communication! We had him clean out the other line to our kitchen and add on an access point for that line, which we were happy to pay because, again, reasonably priced. The tech also gave me heads up what could help our main line in the future (one long connected line instead of the segments of pipe that was put in long before we purchased the house).

Long story long, I can't recommend Hall's Rooter and Plumbing enough! Amazing experiences with them! Thank you, Hall's!

Ray was awesome! I couldn't take off of work when a significant leak popped up in the main bathroom's toilet shut off valve. He actively checked in with me throughout the day, trying to find a place to fit an appointment with me into his already full schedule. I'm a teacher and last week was STAAR, so it was after 4 before I could head home. He understood that and didn't just shrug me off, because he was already busy and it was the end of his work day. I've been waiting since January for another group of plumbers to come fix a venting issue they identified during a consultation, but they are always too busy to get around to me and my problem. FORGET THAT. I'd rather give Ray from Halls the business. Also, when he got to the house, he fixed the issue super quickly, was very friendly and professional the entire time, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Yup, five stars all the way. :-)

Jake with Hall's Rooter and Plumbing did a great job today. We discovered a slab leak early this morning. After calling, they quickly got plumbers out to check and repair the leak. Jake was very professional and explained the process and all the options very clearly. He was able to quickly locate and repair the leak as well. The prices were also very reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience with this company and Jake. I'll definitely be contacting them again for my water/plumbing needs.
