Called Halls and scheduled Monday afternoon appointment and received a phone call at 12:30pm. Orlando showed up 5 minutes later and was very informative and professional. He identified all the issues, which were many, gave us options and solved the main issues very quickly for a reasonable price. Very impressive individual and a really nice guy! He works fast and clean with no leaks.

Completely impressed by everybody involved. Hall's has a service where they check all the plumbing at your house for free. Austin did a great job checking everything. I was not surprised he found problems, including with my 1972 toilet. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Jeff and Erik fixed everything much more quickly than I expected. I thought it would take all day, and they were done by lunchtime. I now have a lovely 21st-century toilet. Everybody made sure I understood everything and was satisfied. Really friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Hall's Plumbing is top rated. They came same day diagnosed my water heater and gave me my options. I chose to have a new one installed and within a half hour they had an installer with a new water heater at my house and installed. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Warning.., dishonest! I Called and asked about fixing flappers on two toilets and unplugging kitchen sink. Was NOT advised about a 99.00 diagnostic fee before any work was started. I was only told about a 93.00 special to unclog a drain. Once the repair person came out, he was very nice but said the job could easily be 300.00 and I sent him away. He was very nice but I think this business lack ethics!

The technician who came to our house on July 9 was very helpful. He gave us suggestions and explained in detail what the installation of a new toilet would involve and explained the costs. Two technicians arrived on time a week later to install the new toilet. Both were friendly and professional. It took less time for the installation than what we had anticipated. We have always had great service from Hall's and we highly recommend them.

Everything about this company was great, except for their EXTREME price quote. Their customer service lady was friendly and professional, they offered to dispatch a technician right away, and in fact he arrived within 40 minutes. After that prompt and professional arrival, everything went downhill. When the technician called, he told us we would have to pay $330 for a ""diagnostic service"", and was reluctant to price out the actual cost of resolving the clog. When I asked him to just give us the cost for pulling the toilet, he was very reluctant to do so. Pulling a toilet is generally a straightforward job and can often be completed within 1 to 2 hours, so at this point I was feeling jerked around. We went back and forth a bit, and once again I asked him to give us the cost for clearing the clog by pulling the toilet. Finally, he quoted us $870. At this point, we said no thanks. After his bid was rejected, he said he would call his supervisor to see if they could ""help us out"" with a better price. 10 minutes later he called back and said that nope, this $870 was the lowest they would go, but they would email me a formal price quote in case we changed our mind. No formal price quote ever arrived by email, but meanwhile we found another company that handled this job for a small fraction of this cost.

All I can say is Hall's is the BEST!!!!!!! From the office staff to Gustavo, Monty, Manuel, Chris, and Austin (he helped my mom a couple of times in the past and I unfortunately don't remember the name of his comrade), there is NO place that is better!! A+!
