Wonderful Team!!!

I used Hall's Plumbing for the clogged sewer drain pipe between the cleanout and the city sewer system. The clogging was caused by tree roots penetrating into the pipe, because of which we could use neither shower nor toilets.

After requesting quote online in Saturday night, I got an online response from them in 10 minutes and was told that they would check availability of technicians for the service. In the following morning, I got a call from them. We had another conversation in the afternoon about service availability on Sunday. Unfortunately, their technicians were not available on Sunday, but I appreciated their efforts to satisfy my urgent request on ""Sunday"". I asked them to come in the following morning.

On the next day (Monday), they came at the earliest time and cleared the clogged pipe. The technicians also showed me how the pipe inside looked like by a camera that went into the pipe for 25' long and identified the spot. I could recognize the root issue.

Because the same problem will happen in the future unless the tree is cut down, they also gave us a quote of two options, 1) spot repair of the broken pipe, 2) whole pipe replacement from house to city sewer system, with detail explanation of merit&cost for each case. The technicians are very kind and never mind explaining repeatedly to me. The written document describing two options and the receipt of the service on that day are being mailed to me.

My payment was the same as the quote. I was very satisfied with their management and service. They deserve 5 stars. No question!!!

I agree. A class 1 act. We had to drop a lot of money for a new sewage line, but they kept figuring out ways to keep the cost within our budget. Totally trust these guys.

Joe was great!!!
He was VERY nice to work with, very knowledgeable and patient, while explaining our situation regarding the plumbing underneath our house.
He took pictures so he could show us exactly what was going on, which was really helpful.
David came back the next day to complete the work and he was also wonderful!!!
I thought it would take a couple of days for this job but with the two guys working together, they were done in 2 and 1/2 hours!
Can't say enough good things about them.

Had a great experience. Water heater rusted and was leaking water. Called Hall's and Chris came out same day to give me a free estimate. I liked the many options provided so I chose one and he was also able to do the entire install the same day. Customer service was above and beyond, extended warranty was a huge plus, I will definitely do business with Hall's in the future!

Joe Garin of Halls Plumbing conquered a very difficult plumbing problem for me. My sewer was clogged with roots and the sewer clean out was nowhere in sight. It turned out to have been buried for years under landscaping cloth and dirt.

Joe did great detective work and some careful probing and found the clean out. After uncovering the cleanout, he proceeded to use the electric snake to clear the line. By the way, Hall's has some great equipment. The electric snake was the most expensive one I'd ever seen.

The cleanout was a success and I really enjoyed Joe demeanor and approach to customer problems. He listened well, answered questions willingly and overall had a great customer orientation.
