What a great company. I'm not sure what everything I got done cost from other plumbers but I couldn't have been happier with my decision to call Hall's. I didn't even check with others because replacing a sewer line is no joke and the way I was treated from top to bottom made me pick them immediately. I have peace of mind and that's all that counts.

WOW! It has been a long time since I've been SO satisfied with a customer service experience that I felt moved enough to post a review. Jason White was an absolute gem. He was prompt (arrived within 45 min of my initial call), professional, personable, and an articulate teacher. I find it extremely frustrating (as a science teacher myself) when I call a professional (electrician, plumber, etc.) to assess a problem I am having and they speak down to me in a condescending tone because I happen to not understand the basics of their profession. This was the exact opposite experience. He was patient while he clearly explained the basics of what the problem was and then outlined in simple terms how he was going to fix it. He answered our questions thoughtfully and with anecdotal experience was able to give us an estimated timeline of the expected next steps for this process (ex - calling home insurance, restoration companies, etc). Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber because it inevitably means that something serious has gone wrong, but in this instance, I felt reassured and taken care of by someone who was honest and kind. I really appreciate this company and will be using them for all future plumbing issues we come across (this is now the 2nd time we have used them and the first time was a very similar experience except the owner himself made the home visit for us!). Hall's has our loyalty from here on out! Thank you for taking care of us!

Chris put in a lot of work to fix problems with our main line. We are very thankful with his excellent work and great costumer care especially because it was on short notice and on New Year's Eve! Wonderful Team!!!

I used Hall's Plumbing for the clogged sewer drain pipe between the cleanout and the city sewer system. The clogging was caused by tree roots penetrating into the pipe, because of which we could use neither shower nor toilets.

After requesting quote online in Saturday night, I got an online response from them in 10 minutes and was told that they would check availability of technicians for the service. In the following morning, I got a call from them. We had another conversation in the afternoon about service availability on Sunday. Unfortunately, their technicians were not available on Sunday, but I appreciated their efforts to satisfy my urgent request on ""Sunday"". I asked them to come in the following morning.

On the next day (Monday), they came at the earliest time and cleared the clogged pipe. The technicians also showed me how the pipe inside looked like by a camera that went into the pipe for 25' long and identified the spot. I could recognize the root issue.

Because the same problem will happen in the future unless the tree is cut down, they also gave us a quote of two options, 1) spot repair of the broken pipe, 2) whole pipe replacement from house to city sewer system, with detail explanation of merit&cost for each case. The technicians are very kind and never mind explaining repeatedly to me. The written document describing two options and the receipt of the service on that day are being mailed to me.

My payment was the same as the quote. I was very satisfied with their management and service. They deserve 5 stars. No question!!!

I agree. A class 1 act. We had to drop a lot of money for a new sewage line, but they kept figuring out ways to keep the cost within our budget. Totally trust these guys.

Joe was great!!!
He was VERY nice to work with, very knowledgeable and patient, while explaining our situation regarding the plumbing underneath our house.
He took pictures so he could show us exactly what was going on, which was really helpful.
David came back the next day to complete the work and he was also wonderful!!!
I thought it would take a couple of days for this job but with the two guys working together, they were done in 2 and 1/2 hours!
Can't say enough good things about them.
