I have never written a negative review. BUT .... This company is
GOD awful - Came to my home to winterize my sprinkler system and broke a Sash Of Windows. Refused to discuss or respond to my both my phone calls or emails. The Windows cost $1,050 to replace. They sent me the bill for $225 anyway. LOW class and dishonest company. ZERO Stars

Doug and Jesus were very friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my system within an hour and helped with how much time each zone should have. They arrived on time and I am very happy with their services.

The physical service is good and no real problems with the service technicians. The administrative staff is the opposite, they don't listen. Two years in a row (have had system for three years), they have neglected the follow through to the city in regard to the backflow device inspection. I don't realize this until I get a letter from the city, which then makes me have to follow through since they didn't do their job. Very aggravating.

Awesome company! fit us into their closing schedule at last minute, we had road construction and side walk installed, they were able to get ALL our repairs and actually made system better, the worker were awesome! Great company, highly recommend!

Residential irrigation project delayed for over a month. Little to no communication with me even though they promised to be here while a separate landscaping job being done. Team then shows up at home when there is snow on ground, no JULIE markings remaining and were going to use a machine that now could not access area needed to be tunneled. Was told they had bigger commercial jobs that needed to be done and also had to get other residential homes winterized, two items never discussed with me when I signed proposal. Missed an opportunity with another company as they promised me they could do it earlier. This was not an insignificant residential job. So disappointed

$94.25 charged to replace a $3 battery that failed after less than 2 years when installer promised it would last for 5 in response to my skepticism about the longevity of a battery operated rain sensor. Not happy at all.

I have been using Halloran & Yauch for 18 years. Over the last couple of years it has gotten more and more difficult to get good service from many companies due to the pandemic, the ""great resignation"", or reasons beyond my imagination. Halloran & Yauch continue to show up on time, do a thorough job, and their prices remain reasonable. Hats off to everyone there!

Just want you to know how pleased we are the quality of service Halloran has provided Chasemoor!

We appreciate Rod's knowledge and expertise over the last two plus seasons helping us bring the system up to the current technological level, from the installation of the intake line all the way to the recent new addition of the VFD. And I saw today the improvement in pressure, efficiency and quiet running!

Also want to mention both Sergio and Genaro and their knowledge of our property and dedication to making sure every zone, valve and sprinkler head is correctly positioned and working properly.

Chasemoor has come a long way since we started working with Halloran and we're delighted to have this level of dedication.

Honestly, the Halloran team works as if it was was their own property and their own lawn.
