Beware of this Haller Company in Lititz pa. Had a maintenance agreement for past two years with them. I wanted to renew the agreement and called, emailed and NO response. Finally talked to a business agreement person at that location and she told me she would pass on my information to the residential agreement department. that was a week ago. I called Horizon Services today, they will be here this week to service both my generator and water softener, wonderful! Haller Enterprise's has turned into a terrible company to deal with!

We received a mailer and called Haller Enterprises for what we thought was a small electrical upgrade. The company does heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical repairs. The technician was on time, polite, and extremely helpful. He explained our options clearly and was able to help us out for a reasonable fee. We will definitely call them again for service.

Use caution when becoming a subscription member. We enjoyed using Haller for the last few years. But the service we've received in 2021 as subscription members has been disappointing.

They delayed the annual service we're contracted to get as members several times (past a year's point). Additionally, in 2 instances no one followed up via phone as promised to us.

We tried to stay patient and kind. I know staffing is challenging this year for companies and am trying to be flexible.

But ultimately Haller's team was unable to honor their commitment to annual maintenance in a timely manner. There should be vouchers or refunds for the lack of service.
